solution bottle is better because it doesn’t instantly fall over like the last one but annoyingly it doesn’t have enough capacity. When I buy another one in ten years when I buy my third one please address that issue! Otherwise apart from that it’s fantastic. that A my windows were quite dirty. And B. the full sun was on them so the cleaning cloth was drying out so quickly. This morning with no sun the cleaning cloth is still very damp. My other issue. Pretty sure it advertises it has 110min charge. I just timed the usage - how long it took to clean each window. And the total run time was only 55min before needing to recharge. So I am not sure how many stars I need to deduct for that. I have a lot of big windows so it’s going to take a while if I need to charge 3 or 4 times to get the job done. Also it won’t control Bluetooth. Don’t know what’s going on there. So I feel like I need to stay close. So I guess I deduct. Star for that too.

app - no problems, screwed in the power adapter as instructed, plugged into the wall and flicked "on". Put the machine in "on" mode and got the message over and over again "power-source not connected". So I tried a different power point - still the same. Googled to see if I could reset it or fix the problem....found out that lots of people have had the same issue. Rang the help line, who did not offer a fix at all. I returned it to JB Hifi the same day, they too could not get it to work sadly. Got my money back instantly. Thank goodness I bought from JB and not online. However, once bitten twice shy, I don't think I'll be trying this model again.

this house, this is the cleanest and shiniest my windows and glass doors have ever been. I’m thrilled with it and will be purchasing more tomorrow because I’ve just cleaned the pool glass as well today. I went nuts with this glass cleaner. After that muddy rain we had in Melbourne last week everything was filthy. Especially the pool glass (and pool), but that was another story. Happily giving this product 5 stars. It’s manual application by the way, so you don’t need a Karcher to use it. Paid $9.60 in Bunnings for 500ml. It Certainly went a long way so happy to purchase it again.

only reach half way up the window it will only clean from that point in height across or downwards. 2) The robot slides at an angle trying to travel sideways across the window until it finally slides & hits the bottom where it gets stuck - because it can't climb back up. 3) The robot does not return to the start because it cant climb back up to where it started. 4) It stopped and finished in the middle of the window far away from where I could reach it. Using the remote control via the app could not steer it back or resolve any of the issues above because it is unable to climb or turn without getting stuck or the tracks just spinning & spinning.

Tried it on our glass pool fence with the same result except it continually fell off the glass as soon as it encountered the glass panel supports. Have found it much better to buy glass cleaner from Bunnings spray on and hose off, much faster, cheaper with way better results. Have tried to resolve with I Robot to no avail, I would not recommend this product or this company.
