I misplaced some bits off my shed. I sent an e-mail requesting a replacement through their website. I had Sarah contact me in minutes and had fantastic support in sending me replacements. Show details
Horrible customer service. Was sent wrong and missing parts TWICE and they didnt care, just sent out the missing items which took 2 weeks to arrive and now have to wait another 2 weeks for the other items. so a 1 day job turned into a month. Unacceptable especially spending over $1000 you'd expect more. When I mentioned this the customer service… Read more
person I spoke to Sarah said 'true' and that was it. I was also told there's nothing they could do about this and just sent out the parts. Ill never be ordering from this company again. No partial refund offered or any resolution.
Looks great. Wasn’t too hard to build. Just had to watch and pause the video instructions a few times and use common sense. Definitely drilled a few more holes and used the extra self tapping screws to strengthen the corners. However, I’m very happy with how it turned out. Not a bad effort, considering I built it solo as a 5ft4 female -if I do… Read more
say so myself! It came with everything I needed except a pop rivet gun. Luckily they are cheap to buy! Only reason I didn’t give this shed a 5 is that it doesn’t have any sort of ventilation (will add something myself) and there was definitely some improvisation at the end to use up left over screws, (and yes I double checked and I didn’t miss any steps). All round, perfect shed for the bikes and scooters taking up my garage!

Needed a garden shed for my lovely wife - Found this shed online, took the plunge and ordered it. Took me a while to get it together and now it is all done, we are very happy with the result. Great price and therefore great value for the money spent. Show details · 1

There were a lot of parts to assemble. But got it done today in about 6-7 hours with a little help from my wife. You need 2 people when fixing the panels together and putting the roof up. Most of it did go smoothly. Some of the holes were not pre-drilled properly. To understand the assembly watch the video and read the manual. Show details · 1
Very happy with the ABSCO storage shed. Easy to install. Snap lock system worked effectively. Would recommend to others to purchase. Show reply
Love the Shed, still working on it so far so good ! Great Instructions, easy to follow Step by Step, all parts included, quick delivery. Highly recommend this type of shed, only problem get those little screws in the bin and use pop rivets . Show details · 1
Very good quality shed, perfect for small backyards. Very spacious inside. We did struggle to assemble it though so ensure plenty of time and patience. Show details · 1
Paid $4,520.00 for this 6x3x2.3 shed. The middle roof support structure parts were wrong. they were too small and would not reach up to the roof, had to ring support to get right parts sent out in which it delayed putting the shed up for a week. Came time to attach the Ridge beams to the roof and they had been made out of alignment so another call… Read more
to Absco, this has put finishing the shed back again. For the price I paid for this shed, I would expect that the manufacturing and quality of the product to be acceptable. which it is not. Looking at the reviews, it would seem nothing has improved. Some of the snap on rails that sit on the top and bottom of the sheets are too short, so this makes the corners not covered with the rails. The videos contradict the paper manual, the paper instructions are not clear about many steps of the construction. I'm not happy with the purchase and regret buying it as I'm on a pension and had to save for the purchase because the old shed is falling apart, been up for 50 years. I don't know what is going to happen about the Ridge beams if they are going to send out properly made ones. I've had to put people off twice that were helping to build it. I just wish I never bought it, It's pretty poor all round, I would recommend that saving a little extra and pay for something that would be less of a burden. Don't rely on the predrilled holes, as you can see, they are not where the should be. You can see the misalignment of the Ridge beams, the two pieces don't match. Poor quality control.

I just had one of my worst experience buying one of these sheds. I searched online for sheds, It was a toss up between Easy Sheds and an Absco shed from Bunnings as both of them had the style and colour I want at similar prices. Easy shed was possibly cheaper as they had free delivery. But Absco came with concrete anchors. Anyway I went with Absco… Read more
as Bunnings had a sale on, and I wanted to try their easy locking system. I purchased 2 of their sheds online through the Bunnings Website . Kingsgrove Bunnings was our closest store and had organised its delivery. (Note:These sheds were not bought in store as damaged box, customer returns or discontinued item, they were bought brand new online) There was some trouble with delivery and arrive a few days late, The boxes came undamaged and no signs of tampering, I was pushed for time as I needed to do it during my son’s university 1 week break. We had almost completed the installation when we started noticing wrong and missing parts, the lip angle we were given ,we only got 2 and needed 4 and the two that was supplied was the wrong size., and most of the door jam parts were also missing. We stopped work and itemised all the missing pieces, I googled the Absco Sheds website and found the easy fill form for the missing parts. Shortly after sending the form through, I was asked by their staff for further information of the pieces missing and If they can contact Bunnings Kingsgrove for confirmation of purchase, I agreed. Then I was shocked to see this quote from Bunnings sent to me, the 10 missing pieces will cost me $361. So stressed I immediately called Bunnings and they said , this quote was from Absco Sheds, I told them I purchased the shed online brand new. She said she will call Absco and sort it out. This is part of the reply I got from the Absco Customer Service Team Leader: “ I just got an approval to process a resupply for the parts as a one-time good will. Again, we do not resupply free of charge for discounted items, we are making an exception for this.” If I had known that, I wouldn’t have bought it, this costed me a lot of stress and time wasted. The parts came extremely quick 2days from Queensland to Sydney, but too late as I was left to finish the assembly on my own. Not sure how the other shed companies operate, to me it’s unfair, why should I pay if the mistake is during the picking and packing stage at the Absco factory. Do they not have a scale to weigh the package before shipment to see if any parts are missing? So anyhow my shed is up and it looks great.

This is a joke product. None of the engineers designing the parts have any idea what a shed is. None of the people manufacturing the parts care about the fitment or quality either. End result, you'll rapidly put together all the panels, but the final fitment WONT WORK. None of the holes will line up, and it will be impossible to assemble. Pros: … Read more
Lots of screws. Way too many screws. App is ok. The parts checklist is very helpful. The instructions are not. Had to watch a video to proceed, but still hit some issues.
Cons:
Not enough holes. Seriously, how hard is it to ensure all the holes are stamped out correctly? The "snap-lock" system is bad. Lots of clips are mis-aligned, so wont "snap" in place. You need much better QA for something like this to work. Parts that should be identical (top and bottom of the back panel), are different for no good reason, which means you can accidentally install the back upside down. This has to cost more to manufacture?

scraped off the doors and other panels and other panels and many holes didn’t line up The Snaptite method allows the sheets the slide back and forth in the channel which makes life more difficult as they move around during assembly, I suggest the assembly guide should say “insert screws at ends of sheet to secure sheet in place”. The lid also needs an overhang at the front and back to help stop the water driving in To our dismay the screws are starting to corrode so will probably replace those with pop rivets. Overall some good concepts but the detail has let it down
Follow-up · Thanks for the questions. Water Ingress, —still gets in around the doors How is the paint holding up—- so far so good, seem to be fine Did you use pop rivets —-Yes I am gradually replacing all the screws on the lid with them The Hasp and staple are rusting and need to be replaced

the colour bond sheets to avoid scratches. Would help if the screws were more clearly identified in the instructions.
Follow-up · 1. I used a screw driver, rubber hammer (to lock the panels into the channels), drill (drill bit is supplied) and shifting spanner. 2. Yes, it is water proof. 3. Assembly took about 4 hours, there is a need to carefully study the videos and the written instructions. Also it takes some time to check that no parts were missing, crucial step, as I had 2 parts missing.
Very good shed for the price. It was perfect for our limited space. The only painful issue is the connecting screw holes which were 90% misaligned. We’re pleased with the installation instructions on the app Show details · 1
Overall the garden shed is fine. It was a bit hard to erect with only 1 person however it’s together. It didn’t really line up and seemed uneven at the front but again got it sorted. Colour of choices were good. Didn’t get the one we originally asked for however didn’t know until it was put up and we got home. All in all the shed is good. No complaints Show details · 1

The Absco Shed 15081 SECOK is by far the worst piece of construction I have EVER witnessed. It was bought by an older couple who are friends of mine and asked me to help them put it together. Wow, what a journey I went on building this shed! I entered into dialogue with Absco customer service, which would become one of the longer relationships of my life. The first 5 responses from them consisted of them sending me out the same instruction manual and asking if this was the one I needed. It took 6 emails from them over three weeks before they were able to discover that the manual had been updated and the parts numbers changed, and provide me with the right one. By this point, I had mostly figured it out with much swearing and shouting, and my elderly mother constantly shrieking "but Absco are a good brand" at me. Not anymore, Mum. There were still parts missing, which they happily sent to me after some negotiation, and many of the parts did not have screw holes or guidelines that the manual and video indicated, which often led to a further loss of confidence that I had the right piece. When I pointed this out to customer service, they cheerily suggested I drill holes in the metal where needed. Of course I can do that, but what the hell is going on in that factory? The worst part of all of this was having to explain market dynamics, offshoring of industry, and the gutting of Australian businesses for the sake of profit to my poor old mother. She won't be buying Absco again and neither will I. P.S. I actually forgot to write this review and only did so because Absco sent me an email 6 months after the fact inviting me too! Thanks Absco! P.p.s The shed sucks, is flimsy, and doesn't secure properly because the lock mechanism cannot be affixed as indicated in the manual. Waste of time and money.

Why re they still sleeping ABSCO products in large companies like Mitre10 and Bunnings. Genuinely dreadful with most missing parts and hard to assemble- flimsy and poor quality. Genuinely do not understand it. We bought two and the worst products on the market, Show details
Bunnings didn't have the shed that I needed, so ordered the one I needed online. Received a msg that said shed was made to order. Eventually arrived. Missing parts, dented panels, scratched panels. Panels packed without protection. All minor, but be aware....

spreading out the parts of the Absco shed from the latest package, he found 5 parts were damaged. According to him, those were the exact same parts damaged in the last package. He told us that he will make a report about the damaged parts and send it to Install Easy. However, the end result is again, we are left high and dry, waiting for the shed to be installed. Please can you intervene and do something that we can finally have our shed. We are so so disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience!!

Extremely Disappointed with Absco Sheds Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Absco Sheds has been frustrating enough to warrant one. their customer service immediately, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead, I was met with painfully slow responses and vague assurances. Days turned into weeks, and I was left with a half-assembled shed and no clear timeline for when the missing parts would arrive. To make matters worse, I tried to access their warranty information on the Absco website, only to find that the page wouldn’t load due to persistent website issues. For a company that prides itself on quality, this level of service is unacceptable. If you're considering Absco Sheds, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. I expected better.

A Nice shed but diabolical to assemble - we needed 4 people to assemble it and push/ hold pieces in place, lots of holes didn’t line up and needed to be redrilled, video instructions were annoying as we had to keep stopping while we worked through the process, we couldn’t see the shed details in the video (hopefully a paper print plan would have… Read more
better for this), and there were lots of scrape marks on the sheets of tin when unboxed by us but hopefully we can get matching paint to touch them up. Very noticeable on Monument (dark charcoal grey colour). It drove us all crazy and took 3 days (12 hours in total) to assemble it fully due to the mental effort of putting together (still without the ground bolts installed). We will never assemble one of these ourselves again - I’m more than happy to PAY SOMEONE to do this horrible task if we ever replace it!!
