This service is for people who are stressed or anxious, after dealing with them I was even more stressed than when I contacted them. My employer agreed for 10 sessions and I only used one session. They did not tell me that I had to use the appointments within one month. I had to take some time out as my Dad had been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal lung cancer and later passed away. I had to take some time to support my family and attend the funeral. When I tried to book the next meeting after all this happened, they told me I could not as I had exceeded the month. I explained this and they still refused to make a exception. How inhuman and unethical. They have no empathy. For a company in the caring services they do not care at all only about getting all their money for a service they did not provide.
