AOK MediBall Pro Swiss ball

CAUTION NOT ANTI BURST as Advertised :( – The ball has been looked after as much as possible as i had a different brand before cheaper that burst on me with no warning.. SADLY this has done exactly the same thing. landing me on my tail bone injuring my back so beware despite the claims.

Good – Overall the swiss ball is fantastic I got the desired effects after using it for a short time. i was able to workout in the comfort of my own home, even in front of the tv. Able to use in own home, workout how you want to as long and hard as you want. Get desired outcomes Hard to blow up
