John Collier.... Was a long very lonely at times journey and i did feel at times their was no support for me Mentally given the PTSD in bringing up so much of my Childhood abuse and how much it affected my life. While given my life circumstances the compensation i received was not even close too the amount i would of lost over my lifetime but without ATB and Cameron and his team i would of received nothing as no one cared.

Most of all that meant so much too me with this hard journey was the appology in writting i received from the ADF (ARMY) given i was abused by a Sgt in and out of the Watsonua Army Barracks for most of my Pre-teen Early childhood by a Dirty Pedophile.

My life has been hard and still is now, but this is something i never thought possible and i will be so grateful till the day i die for what they did for me with the recognition given to me finally for something that should of never happened to me in destroying my childhood.

Inquiry treated with contempt – Several weeks ago I contacted Law Firm Arnold Thomas and Becker (Werribee) seeking representation for an approved workers compensation claim. I provided extensive documentation and evidence. I had a lengthy conversation with a lawyer and provided the requested documentation and was advised that I would hear from her soon.. After several weeks of not hearing from this lawyer I left a phone message to contact - call not returned. After nearly a month I have received NO RESPONSE either verbal or electronic. I received no communication at all whether I had a vialable matter or not. This was in view that the workers compensation claim had been approved. Do not use this law firm, you as a potential client are treated with contempt. The customer service and follow-up is poor.
