The product is not as described - plus poor presentation. (face surface rough/minute pitting) A requested refund as per warranty for the purchase of two bracelets (in good faith) has been denied! and no further response to emails. Offered 10% refund - so aware there are issues! The second Bracelet has not arrived - both ordered & paid 28th June!! (now 2nd August) A positive response would be appreciated. Show details

Used as per video instructions and left the lounge greasy, not impressed by this product at all and the best part AUSSIE GLOW refused to REFUND because I used it, not sure how you can try it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND either the product or the Company. Show details

The product is ok, looks good for 10 mins then scratches etc re appear. Biggest negative though - be very careful - no way to contact these people other than by email which they are very lacking in response - the refund policy is also not to be trusted. there is a sneaky little box that you have to untick on your 1st order - if you miss it they start sending tins every 3 months !!! I still have not used 1 tin let alone 3, and now i have another 3 !! My fault for not seeing the box however leaves a very bad taste when they will not respond with a refund notice to return the goods and get a refund.

Easy to apply, great finish, helped revive the really worn sections of our leather couch.

Advertising promised a lot. I found the product to be a good rejuvenator/maintenance product for leather. However, no better than other good quality similar products. The other products are much less expensive and given the premium price for Aussie Glow, expected more. Therefore , I was disappointed in the result and actually got better results from the cleaning of the leather i did in preparation for applying Aussie Glow. Show details

little or no noticeable improvement to the leather item I was treating. More concerning was the customer service. The website advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, so I contacted the company to request a refund. I sent three separate messages but received no reply at all. Because of the lack of response and the product not performing as promised, I cannot recommend this product.
