Sunshine Yellow Dry Well – Just purchased the Sunshine coloured towels, bath mats, hand towels and washers. Washed up beautifully and dried in the sun very quickly. They are now folded and away. They improve with treatment – I bought these as a gift so was devastated to read these reviews. Searched the internet on how to fix this problem of towels losing fluff, and after quite a lengthy process of using the dryer on cold, washing with vinegar, and more tumble drying, the difference was amazing. So disappointed – Recently purchased 2x bath towels from Harris scarfe. Paid a fair bit for them so figured they must be good quality...wrong. have now washed them more than a handful of times and they are still pilling no matter what I do. Plus they then go through all the rest of my washing machine and cover everything else in fluff not to mention when you dry yourself you still have half the towel on you. still all over the towels! Fluff everywhere and after showering, it was like drying myself in a bucket of loose fluff as it all stuck to me! Stay away - very dissatisfied and now I know why there's no contact details for their business. Never again!

love them – I love these sheets, they feel beautiful to climb into each night, soft but always crisp and cool. I have had them now for more than 2 years and have washed them many times, no pilling or imperfections, I would buy more

Terrible never buy again absolute rubbish and a rip off! – I purchased these sheets when we bought a new mattress a few years ago. After using them twice I noticed that the bottom fitted sheet had a fault in the fabric and had split and freyed. I rang the bedding shop and they asked me to return them. sets could not be tumble dried and we were experiencing a lot of rain at the time hence I really needed to sets and I change our sheets every week and was struggling to get washing dry. Anyway the bedding retailer returned the sheets to the manufacturer, several weeks later they gave them back to me and I noticed that the bottom sheet had been repaired, not impressed as it had only been used twice. After some argument and threatening a complaint to Comsumer Affairs or legal action under the Trade Practices Act they replaced the bottom sheet which was from a different dye lot and a different colour, again back to the shop I went to discuss the issue and was told to take it up directly with the manufacturer. I did and the manager was extremely rude, told me you wouldn't see the bottom sheet anyway so what did it matter. To me it wasn't the point, the sheets were expensive, I started off with a matching set and expected the same. In the end I gave up arguing.

Consequently these sheets only lasted about 2 years, the elastic in the fitted sheet was rubbish and they kept coming untucked. The size of these sheets are not generous therefore making them too small for pillow top mattresses. Sheets that profess to be of this quality should last for years, especially when they are only being used every 2nd week and only in warmer months as we use flannelette in winter.

I would never buy this brand of anything again, their customer service is a disgrace and their product is over priced for the quality.
