Rusted out inner linging – Initially I was impressed with the build quality but after 2 years use and being looked after I was surprised to find the inside lining rusting, warping and breaking apart exposing the insulation also a lot of the welds on the chimney were failing. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and would suggest looking at stone/brick/concrete ovens.

Regretful purchase – Very flimsy frames, and cooking surface sagging. The oven itself is great. But with too much heat the stone base will sag. Worst part is the very thin flimsy frame/trolley. So i will build my own steel frame, Remove oven bricks and place a 3mm steel plate under the bricks so it can handle the heat of a wood oven
You don’t need to spend the earth to get decent, but a bit more might get you better one ( read 18 months update) – Bought oven mid COVID . It is a well built unit, LOVE the wheeled trolley east to manoeuvre. I keep mine in the garage and whenever i want to use it i wheel it out. It took me several tries to work out timing of when to start it ( if you have guests at a certain time I recommend to start it about an hour prior) Makes pizza in 2 minutes once in temperature. You will need to learn to control the fire using the chimney “valve” and the door air flow. It keeps the heat for several hours once coals are done. I usually leave 2-3 large lumps of fire wood in it to dry them for next time ( i find they ignite better like that). All in all a good purchase. So far i done pizzas and tried bread ( found that temperature was a bit too high- will need to do it when oven is off and temp is down to 250 next time). 18 months update: oven still standing and functioning, the tiles are not even enymore, and i had to lift them up and realised the manufacturer have placed pieces of felt material to level them ( this have reduce my confidence in the quality of the product). At the moment i am in search for a solid one piece tile to place over to create a level surface to work on. The rest of the oven still as new...

A GREAT WAY TO COOK AND THE WHOLE FAMILY BENEFITS – I recently purchased the stainless steel Pizza Oven from BBQ Spit Rotisseries and I could not be happier. We have used the oven each weekend since purchasing it and the way it involves the whole family is very rewarding. It was easy to put together and the Youtube tutorial made it even easier, I had a small hiccup with the oven after my first use and I raised it with them and it was addressed right there and then and I was up and cooking again the same day. So all in all what I would say is that the price is great, the product is brilliant and the after sales service is AMAZING. I highly recommend the Oven and BBQ Spit Rotisseries and a special mention to Julian whos after sales follow up has been 5 *****. I look forward to many more Family Pizza nights with the Family.
