A very disappointing purchase. The worst appliance we have bought over 25 years. Bought it after a great experience with an older Belling that was made in England. Quality of the new one is very poor, starting with labelling and parts errors on delivery. All the markings rub off the knobs within a year, but you can read the level on the stovetop. Neither oven worked well, although one is now fixed at the behest of our retailer (who was fantastic). Two thermostat replacements were needed. Top oven burns everything on the top (our old one didn’t). Belling customer service contact centre people were pleasant, but after 2 months and at least 6 calls or emails, a completely useless technician finally came around who demonstrated the stove temperature was almost 30 degrees too low, but did nothing. Would definitely not recommend, due to poor quality of both the stove and Belling customer service.

Purchased in for $2,500.

Hi guys, you had plenty of opportunities to provide a better service during the long process of getting something done. Our retailer got involved and sorted it out, and all our problems are well documented. You could take a very good look at both your manufacturing quality control systems and your customer services managers, if you are serious about improving your ratings for this product. Perhaps you could contact everyone who has bought the product in the past 2 years and ask for feedback, to see if this is a recurring pattern,or we were just incredibly unlucky.

Good morning Caroline I would still like to look into your case so if you could please send me your email address so I can go through everything thoroughly. We strive to make improvements in all our processes, and this would assist greatly in providing feedback and training Kind regards Belling

I recently converted to all electric in our home . I have only ever cooked with gas and had a Richmond mini induction stove installed. Now only after actually having it installed did I read any reviews and have noticed a lot of negative comments. These comments I don’t understand as I love this stove, obviously it took me about a week to actually get the hang of induction cooking but that would have been the case regarding whatever brand I purchased. Now almost 3 months later and I have no regrets switching to induction and secondly choosing the Richmond mini. Visually it’s beautiful , I love the two oven grill concept and the oven door opens out which it seems many people don’t like but it’s fine for me I don’t see the problem. Great oven in my opinion.
