I bought this machine in September 2025, since then I have had to contact Bissell in regard to the little rubber rollers that are attached to the squeege, twice now, due to the rollers just disintegrating. Thinking that may be just bad luck, nope they wear out pretty quickly and you can't just replace the little roller...oh no you have to replace… Read more
the whole squeegee. You have to then go through the rigmarole of contacting them each time, photos, serial numbers blah, blah, blah, just so they can send ANOTHER squeegee replacement. It's under warranty atm, God help me (if it lasts that long) when I have to pay for new said squeegee. Whoever invented this contraption, needs to be sacked.
Please don't waste your hard earned money like I have. Because of the roller issue, I can't even use the mopping part of it as the roller/s leave a track mark and well the so called mopping is dreadful to say the least with mop marks when it dries. I then have to get my good old reliable steam mop out to clean up the mess of the mop marks as I have high gloss tiles. Now I'm in no way hard on this machine, I'm the type of person that looks after the product and do everything by the book, it's a pity Bissell wouldn't do the same.

I have been wanting something that vacuums and washes hard floors at the same time as having 4 dogs gives me plenty of work. I’ve used it 2 times now but had to keep going back to empty and refill tanks, bit of a pain but would have been so much better if tanks were much larger. with no streaks. It takes a little while to dry. The only negative l have other than tanks being too small is that l don’t feel the vacuum suction is strong enough otherwise it’s quite good. It had the best reviews at the time. I love the charging dock and self cleaning.
I purchased the Omniforce Edge a month ago and love that it's lightweight, easy to use, cleans edges (on the right-hand side), and can be used wet or dry (as a vacuum). Edge, I thought our house was already clean, and I believed our floorboards and tiles were spotless. However, I was surprised by how dirty the water was when mopping. I use the mop function 2-3 times a week, either with just water or half the amount of solution, and the floors look and feel cleaner.

Buy a Tineco instead – The product is so overpriced considering how poorly it performs. I threw this out and bought a Tineco instead which I've had zero problems with. The Bissell customer care line is of zero help and feels like it's run by toddlers Show details
Crosswave – Worked until it didn’t. Awful quality and overpriced. Their customer service is useless. Avoid.
Just horrible – This product has to be the biggest waste of money. Not only does it spit dirt out and blow pet hair away you, but its design makes the filter wet almost immediately causing loss of suction. Buy a Shark or Dyson instead.
Disappointing design flaw – Had to return due to design flaw. The unit was great for cleaning tiles and area rugs. Unfortunately i found the handle shaft was not a snug fit. this was a design floor. Hence i opted for a refund. I've owned several bissell products and this is the first time i've been disappointed.
