BlackWolf Rubicon II 300 -10C

Purchased this sleeping bag, about 12 months ago, for a particular trip, which did not eventuate. I purchased the bag; on the shape, compressibility (stow in small space) and the good down to -10 C claim (I feel the cold) Used twice since then. 1. Usage - night temperatures down to about +12 C. Bag very comfortable. Especially appreciated the shape giving plenty of leg room. 2. Usage - night temps went down to about + 7 C. I FROZE even with all my cloths on (excepting boots). The down to -10C is rubbish.

In both usage, I was in tent, pitched on grass, and had a blue high density sleeping mat, an air mattress under me, as well as two water resistant tent bases /integrated & rectangular tarp.

The bag will be fine for about +10 C and above, don't expect any more than this.
