Product Review won't let me rate any lower than 1 star. Bought the TV for the caravan and returned it twice to the selling outlet (Australia Post). When playing a DVD the sound is .5 out of 100 even when it is up to max. Support company would not respond to my queries either. COMPLETE rubbish.
Follow-up · No response from the distributor/support. 'Did it have other features?" No "How was the remote?' OK "What was the picture like?' Ok Difficult to tune - too many steps Poor sound volume - have to put near max to hear it.
Purchased in at Australia Post Shop for $250.
Bought this 12v tv for my caravan . Not happy and has made my caravan experience really frustrating as simple tasks have not been that simple. Spent hours upon hours trying to connect to internet and every day items like iPhones , Netflix , Stan etc . Really disappointed with this product . Buyer beware .

Awful sound quality – Bought for the caravan as it is a 12 volt TV. The sound was extremely tinny, no adjustment to tone. Could not get the volume to go any higher than 40% so was really struggling to hear it in the van. Returning it to the store tomorrow. The picture quality was good though.
