Great product – So easy to use! Smells good, goes on well, resulted in a cleaner fresher canine. Took a few pumps of the bottle to get going, as it is not gassed. This might have been the one-star-review writer's problem. Will buy again.

Not worth the money – I bought this waterless shampoo thinking it would be perfect for a large, elderly dog, getting dementia, who hates being bathed. I followed the instructions "Apply the foam..." - no foam. I'd shaken the bottle expecting it to be like a mousse bottle, so I shook it more. At no time did any "foaming shampoo" (as written on the bottle) come out. Even "massaging gently for 20 seconds" didn't make it foam up.
I ended up taking the lid off & trying to pour & massage this liquid into his fur while he objected. I now have a dog who is highly perfumed & refuses to come near me.
I tried to go to their website www.bobmartin.com.au, but it doesn't exist. I tried to call their phone number 1300 270 752, only to have a recording of a man's voice saying something unintelligible then "just kidding, leave a message.". These details are written on the packaging. I have since found the company's UK website & left details there.
This product does not meet it's description &, in my opinion, is not fit for purpose.
