Braun Face Mini Hair Remover FS1000

First of all the packaging is REALLY hard to open and I had to rip it to get anything out. When I finally got it out I thought it's either a useless item totally unfit for purpose, or it's faulty. It did absolutely nothing not even a single hair. However I went to look at the pictures on the internet and it's supposed to have a shaving head on the top of it, not just a little wiggling wand, and it didn't, so no wonder it did nothing at all. I purchased it at the Shaver Shop and they were very good. They said that the top part where it shaves had got stuck in the top of the lid and I wasn't the first customer to come back with that problem. They tried to get it out with tweezers without success. (I was given options of ordering another one from a different branch, or having a full refund, or exchanging it for another item, all very easy and fast with no hassles or arguments). I purchased it because I liked the features and the reviews - for ones that worked - but the company needs to work on its packaging and the quality of the head placement.
