Mens waterproof Shaver – I purchased this product 12-2021 for personal use. Previously l was a disposable blade consumer for 25+ years. Price of blades also durability led to me seeking a alternative option. I had little knowledge of any powered Shaver so l kinda purchased this in hope of being a quality product, although l did consider what options, functions had to offer accross all possibilities. The Braun Shaver was sold with a cleaning dock that l find helpful to ensure its cutters are kept sterilised. I have shaved with this product 3+ days of the week since purchased without issues. I recharge after each shave but the battery is able to handle possibly 4 face shaves depending on stubble in my experience, 2 head and face shaves is possible. Cleaning fluid cartridges are a consumable when cleaning with the cleaning dock, these are cheaper than $5. Per blade per shave. 4-2025 update- l purchased a second foil in 24 as a spare. I did experience a issue with a foil being the centre rectangular sections that pivot on springs are retained with plastic lugs. The lugs on one pivot side no longer retain causing the section to pertrude and jam making it unusable. This issue in my opinion needs to be reviewed buy Braun as a manufacturing defect. I returned the foil to the place of purchase only to be advised "no warranty sorry" ,the manager of the SHAVER SHOP..

Poor performance, skin cuts – I bought the S9 Pro but it hasn't worked for me. The shaving performance is poor leaving several hair uncut. Also it cut my skin in several spots.
