Brilcon 295L Chest Freezer / Hybrid Fridge

Fraud and stealing money – Hi I bought Brilcon 295L chest Freezer, now no one is able to sleep at home because its making very frequently huge noise. I tried to communicate several times but they cheated with me, they did not return my money back or replace my freezer. When you go online there is no contact information present.

Works well so far...but no company information available. Deceptive? – Bought the CFR-295 from Ebay recently for $499 Functioning ok, but the company is deceptive. When you go online there is no contact information present and when I emailed them on service@brilcon.com to send my warranty card in as requested, the email bounced back. Buyers Beware!! If the company reaches out to me here and decide to make their information public, I will change this review. I do not like the lack of transparency here and worried about what happens to the warranty should it ever break. It's not a cheap freezer by any means.
