Cafelffe Fully Automatic Espresso Machine with Milk Frother MK-801

Bargain Automatic Espresso Coffee Machine – [Purchased from Cafelffe via AliExpress.] I had an old Sunbeam 10 bar Coffee machine I inherited from my mother, that was on its last legs, so I decided to upgrade. I had previously bought through AliExpress in China, so I looked there first. I liked Cappuccinos, so was after an automatic machine for them. At AU$138.00 (plus AU$13.80 GST), the 3-in-1 Cafelffe machine caught my eye. It was a 20 bar machine, which could brew Espresso, Cappuccinos, and Lattes. It had its own 700ml clip-on milk Reservoir and a 1.3L water tank. The shipping cost was AU$2.20 and since it weighed 4kg it took about 31 days to arrive, via sea-mail. Before it arrived I purchased a Bodum* Burr Coffee Grinder, and a Arlec* Power board. The machine was very well and securely packed and easy to assemble, with an excellent manual. There was an ability to change the coffee temperature and volume settings, as well as audio and visual warning lights, when the water tank was nearly empty, etc. It is a barista machine - ie a 1 cup at-a-time for Cappuccinos/Lattes. I use soy milk in my coffee and was pleasantly pleased to se the amount of froth in my Cappuccino and Latte cups. All 3 coffees were of Barista quality. When I changed the Latte volume I was not sure of the volume of milk needed, but a quick chat with a Cafeleffe tech, who told me it was 120ml in a 250ml cup, satisfied me.

Note: This machine does not have an AU plug - only EU and UK. Both are clunky, with the UK one having a fuse in the cord plug. (I bought 2 AU plug adapters through AliExpress at the same time. as I bought this machine).

I love this machine for a no fuss morning coffee.
