This back pack is fantastic and great value. I have used it for my last 10 or so hikes around Tasmania. It has great capacity for longer multi day hikes and can also be tightened up if you don't need to fill it. It is very durable walking through the scrub when going off track and the waterbottle pockets are deep. It has plenty of MOLLE style webbing for attaching any additional extras such as prospecting gear etc. The straps are adjustable and I have found it very comfortable to carry. Great hiking pack at a great price.
Follow-up · Still happy with this backpack, zips, straps and drawstrings all holding well. Have completed another 8 or so hikes since the first review. Rain cover works fine although my last walk in really pouring rain, some water pooled around the base of the cover and seeped into my sleeping bag. Now I pack my sleeping bag in a dry sack. If I had to pick on anything it would be that the padding on the shoulder straps and waist strap could be made bigger and a bit more padded.
