Caruso's Total Sleep

Wisdom in using it with other meds – I would highly recommend talking to your dictor before using this product with other medications.

Excellent product, works well – I am now on my third bottle (60 tablets) of Caruso's Total Sleep and have been very impressed. I don't take them regularly, only one when I want a deeper sleep. They don't actually put you to sleep but if you take one and don't go to bed, you do feel a bit light headed, a bit fuzzy, but you can still keep doing something with no harm done. But what I have found is that my sleep is far more restful and deeper and if I take one in the afternoon before snooze, I actually wake up after an hour (no more than two hours) and feel rested and refreshed. If I take one early evening then it has a tendency to make you want to sleep at least 5- 6 hours.

As with other herbal sleeping aids, my experience may not be your experience, you may not feel any effect, it's how they react with your body's chemistry. But for me , I am delighted I have found them.

As well, there is no after effects or drowsiness afterwards. Then again, I don't take them everyday like some people might.
