You get what you pay for – They changed the card from 55 days to 44 days and when you pay 1 day late, they charge you interest for the following 2 months. What a joke! I was forced to sign up to this card because Citibank no longer offered the Emirates card which I'd had for more than 10 years and now faced with an inferior product. But I guess you get what you pay for and in this instance it is $0 because there's no annual fee.

NO STARS - a terrible credit card with no service from Citibank – Dont ever go near citibank for any credit cards - they treat people terribly and do not help resolve any issues. They use an Indian call centre offshore who says whatever suits them. Poor service and dreadful staff

A VISA Credit Card with No Annual Fee Plus Lots of Rewards – Citi Simplicity Credit Card is a good credit card which has NO annual fee but still has lots of rewards to offer. It is a VISA credit card, so this means that I will be able to access a range of Visa offers -- Visa Platinum Privileges. The DINING PROGRAM is another feature that I like -- a free bottle of wine from lots of participating restaurants. Citi Simplicity Card also includes complimentary Purchase Cover Insurance, Extended Warranty Insurance and more which gives me a peace of mind.
