Pretty disappointed that after following all cleaning instructions and being meticulous about air drying the dummies, after only light use discovered mould in the teat. Will look for alternatives considering the high price tag as I spent over $100 on dummies.

Terrible Customer Service and a Misleading Product – I had an awful experience with CMC Gold. I purchased glow-in-the-dark dummies, expecting them to provide a consistent glow throughout the night to help my daughter and I find them in the dark. However, the worst part of my experience wasn’t the product itself—it was the customer service. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was met with dismissive and passive-aggressive responses from the company owner, Maurice Sacco. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Maurice was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. Instead of addressing my concerns with understanding and empathy, he completely downplayed the issue and made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid.
Maurice’s tone and the way he handled my complaint left me feeling belittled and ignored.
I wouldn’t recommend CMC Gold to anyone. If you’re looking for a company that values its customers and stands behind its products, this isn’t the place. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
Sizing is weird – These dummies are completely different sizes to all other dummies (I ordered size 2) it’s much shorter than any size 2 dummy I have bought from bibs (and frigg which is sold on the bibs site) super confusing and really disappointed with my purchase. Show details

Great Product – These are great dummies! They’re a little more costly than others, but you can’t beat the fact that they’re Australian made, durable and so pretty! I have several packs in my cart just because I can't decide on colours lol - Every dummy comes with a cap! I LOVE this! It means I can pack dummies in the nappy bag, car, my pocket etc and have them still be sterile and clean for bubs whenever she needs it. - The ordering page for dummies allows you to choose what colours you want all there on the 1 page, this makes it faster and easier and saves any errors I might make when ordering different colours. (Such as accidently ordering 3 of the same colour or totally forgetting to contact the seller and request the colours I want- something i've done before on other websites lol) - The quality is fantastic. - I love that the company caters to those with dolls etc and you can get some without the teats, this makes my little girl very happy that her baby gets a dummy just like hers lol - The "Hold me" range is fantastic for bubs to find their dummy in the night etc and learn how to put it back into their mouth all by themselves. It seems like the handle is just the perfect shape for their tiny hands - The possibility of air filled or not is a huge help too, some babies really can't tolerate the air filled and vice versa. There is a dummy for everyone with CMC Gold :D I especially appreciate the little blurbs about each type and what the pro's and cons are of each. This saved me and my tired mumma brain a lot of research and I'm grateful. - Chloe and the staff are super helpful and dedicated, they know their products well and are very fast to reply to any qestions you have. Extremely helpful and very kind, lovely people. - Postage is great and their processing times are fantastic too. - Their store sells other brands of dummies as well as chains and all kinds of other personalised items. This makes gift giving super easy and a breeze because everything is all in the one place.Saves a ton on post too!
Things that could be better: - I'd love a discount for when/if we were to buy 2 or more of their new colourway packs. It'd be great to stock up and save a buck or 2 while doing so lol. Especially for my indecisive self who can't pick between several of the packs cos they're all just too pretty lolol.
Overall I won'd be using any other dummy with my babies and I absolutely highly recommend this brand to all my mummy friends. (Who also have glowing reviews of cmc dummies)
