Have owned this grooming tool for about 6 months. It has the best nose hair attachment I have ever used & the other trimming attachments are just as good. So easy to use with large combs for cutting hair & small combs for trimming. I did have a issue with a broken attachment caused by me, so i sent an email to Conair enquiring about a replacement. The response was almost immediate. After supplying the model number & the description of the broken combe the item must have been shipped the same day, as i received it within two days by post.
