Will never trust in this again. Absolutely terrible. Waist of time. Can't even describe how disappointed with this service. Totally scam. They call you take your details and after that don't do anything. You think your service will be on and nothing. I am having to pay a energy bill for other person because this people told me it was all connect and good but nothing.

Easy process to arrange connection of internet, gas, electricity and water at my new address (though I did cancel the internet application, as I received a better offer from my current provider when I called to disconnect their service at my old address). The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended!

When I recently secured a rental property, the agents put my details to Connect now- I received an sms and call and was able to organise connection of power, gas and internet all.in one call, very helpful free service!!!

It was easy and quick. I only had to take a 5 minsute phone call, and all my utilities were setup ready for my move in. I'll definitely be using this service again- highly recommended.

May work if you are lazy enough... Going to the service provider's website is much easier than answering dozens of questions over the phone. They even managed to trigger a credit check before I agreed to their proposed connection, somehow. And their offers are not competitive at all.

Problem I found given i am applying for multiple rental properties the address information or what real estate was not being provided so i could not complete until I am being advised what property am i approving the connection.

Suggested to set up our interest with Dodo and bring our own modem. Have had nothing but issues and cannot get interest connected even after a month. Have cancelled.

Was given service for precisely meeting the needs I wanted. I highly recommend connecting now as they listen to the desires of the customers than what they want for you.

I spoke with a lady who was amazingggg!!!! I don’t necessarily remember her name but she was the most helpful, answered all my questions and reassured me how everything would work! I really do wish I remembered the lady’s name, but I do hope she reads this and is reminded and is aware she is an amazing person!

I was impress by the professional and polite manner of the guy I spoke to. I got the call while I was at work which was a little inconvenient but he was patient enough to wait while I was serving a few customers so I could finish getting done what was needed.
