The roof peak should be higher, and it needs twice as many rafters. When it rains, the large gaps between the rafters allows rainwater to pool on the stretchy waterproof canvas, creating low "bubbles" up to 30cm deep because the water cannot drain away. You have to use a broom to push the trapped water upward and over each end to empty. I intend to cover it with 3m polycarbonate sheeting, which will cost about as much as I paid for the pergola itself. Even doubling the price, it is a cheap pergola. It did take four of us to lift the top half up in place over the bottom verticals. Would not recommend two people trying it.
