Best electric frypan I have ever owned – Cannot fault the operation of this appliance. Cooks well, simmers and keeps food warm without drying out. Non stick surface is excellent if cared for and washing is a breeze.

Loved it – I got this on special about a year ago. It's been great until now & it just stopped working. I think it would cost more to return it and I see it's now discontinued, a real shame because I love the look of it and I've had no other problem with it. Terrible performance and quality – From the time I started using this fry pan it has been difficult to the point where it impedes on cooking. The heat control is awful - items overheat at a very low heat. Everything sticks to this pan. When things are simmering with the lid on the steam condenses on the lid edge to create big puddles of water on the bench. This also takes ages to clean and needs an overnight soak everytime. Dreadful appliance

Stickiest non-stick ever! – Liked it at first - now find it very hard to clean, everything sticks, and it's extremely heavy. Bought TWO, one for my daughter - we both have the same complaints! Big mistake!!

I just want my money back – I purchased this frypan in April 2013 and after only a couple of months, I sent it back under warranty because the "non-stick" coating was impossible to clean, food kept on sticking to it and then the coating began flaking off. We were sent a replacement but it has done the same thing as the first. "non-stick" coating is impossible to get clean, food sticks and coating eventually begins to flake off

Should have selected another – I purchased this fry pan a few months ago and loved it to start- While the thermostat seems to be regular and not as fussy as other brands to keep at an even temperature, the lead no longer works!!! the non-stick base has peeled, rubber feet have fallen off base, and the screws now scratch the bench. the lid cannot be inverted for easy storage - because of the handle protruding out of the top you cannot stack anything else on top to save on cupboard space. Would not recommend - purchase something else.
