My Tv, 50" Devanti Smart LED TV, Model:-STV-668-UHD-50-BK – Can only advise on "Unit I own", 50" Smart LED TV(Devanti), Model:-STV-668-UHD-50-BK. Have owned now for About 3.5 years, and had only to replace, 1 Remote, (from Factory), for $24.95. Excellent TV. Outstanding "Value, for money". (These days, very rare!) Show details ·  2

Poor quality product that failed after 2 Months – I purchased this TV through an EBay reseller who no longer exists on Ebay. The TV lasted 2 Months then developed a solid black line from top to bottom through the picture (failed pixels). As I could not contact the reseller I contacted the importer New Aim Pty Ltd who have spent the last 3 Months stalling me with excuses and delays so as to not honour their 12 Month Warranty. I would never purchase any product from this company again.  Show details

The fix for this isn’t in the manual, I found out how to do the reset on the Kogan website, the Devanti website is hopeless. Once that’s done the TV… Read more

will tune, then every time you turn it on the subtitles come up and you have to turn them off, most annoying TV ever. Emailed Devanti and no real help, they advised me to do a factory reset every time, we will now just buy a better quality TV and throw this thing away.

Subtitles' can not be turned OFF permanently – Every time the TV is turned on I have to press the subtitle button, then the up arrow button, then the enter button to get rid of the subtitles. VERY INCONVENIENT. Show details
