I love my bike – It is really a wonderful bike for riding around. The basket allows me to go do my weekly grocery shop with loads of space. Customer Service was helpful and responsive during this process, answering questions through chat outside of office hours with patience and expertise.

I ended up purchasing the bike before my move to the city. Unfortunately when I arrived, I realised that an eScooter (nerdier, but smaller) would be better suited to my needs and I decided the return the bike before it was delivered.

Again, the customer service team were fantastic. They arranged for the return and refund (it was already in transit), no questions asked.

I fully plan to re-purchase the Classico once I’ve settled into the city, and look forward to being a proud owner in the near future.

mobility problems, and have been getting around on three wheel mobility scooters for the past five years. These are pretty slow and the batteries do not take you far before they need recharging. I have had two hip replacements and a knee replacement. I suffer from osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I was lucky in as much as I have ridden a bicycle my whole life. I chose the Classimo because it is easy to step over. Once on, I start peddling straight away, in top gear, with number three battery power. I find it easy to keep it in this gear the whole time and I pedal continuously without any strain whatsoever, as the battery power kicks in whenever I need it to give me a boost uphill and going into a head wind. I average up to 9 km a day, and am amazed that the battery always remains on all its bars. I live on Phillip Island in Victoria, and it is not too hilly but we do have quite strong winds and the bike has no trouble heading into these! Apart from looking stunning, with its classic look, the actual quality of the bike and the battery is outstanding! The customer service response is very comprehensive, and they respond immediately to your questions.

So Much Better Than Any Expectations! – Love, love, love. Arrived so quickly and was easy to assemble, it was Christmas Day so googled the you tube video - easy as. amazingly awesome it is. Wheel lock is fantastic. I got the Classimo (Gen 2), 1 basket is plenty for me. Everyone who sees my bikes all comment on what a beautiful bike it is. And it is -it's well built, takes my heavy frame. The gears and motor all work great and the seat if so comfortable. I recommend this bike to anyone, if you are thinking will I or won't I - just do it you won't regret buying one of these bikes.

Beautiful Reliable Bike – Now 6 months old & going well. Assembly took about 2 hours & no missing parts. Definitely will do 60 km if you do some pedalling. accelerates quickly to 25 kph. Have had it to 55 going downhill ( motor disengages). More solid than other electric bikes that are much more expensive. Rear wheel Lock, is a Theft saver. Last week I parked in front of Coles, flicked the wheel lock ,& took key- 2 seconds- Then someone tried to steal it- by lifting it up. They gave up carrying it after 12 metres
