Has ample power, two motors, but "shocking" ride – Expect a bone jarring ride on this "off road" E-scooter even on ordinary footpaths, as despite having front and rear "suspension", there is zero give in the suspension, such that it might as well not claim to have "suspension". Comes with semi solid tyres which have nil cushioning effect and even on smooth footpaths, you feel every small crack. Standing on the very front (or rear) of the scooter platform does not make any change in the suspension springs, they remain resolutely solid with no cushioning or spring" at all. The other annoying aspect is the charging point designed with a round plug and intended to be only inserted one way, but the internal "tab" designed to ensure that plug is inserted in only one position could possibly be inserted incorrectly, and being located low on the scooter is almost impossible to see how to insert the plug correctly. Surely they could have come up with a better shaped plug that was foolproof as far as plugging it into the scooter for charging. So as a scooter, no doubt it has the power and grunt, and is "bang for your buck" type value, just a pity that the "bang" just about shakes your head off on anything but on ultra smooth surface which would make it difficult to use as a medium distance commute to work ride. Cannot imagine using it "off road".

I have already ordered tyres with inner tubes to attempt to improve the ride and reduce "shock", as clear that the suspension is NOT going to offer any comfort. better engineered suspension springs (progressive rate), would greatly improve the comfort factor.

I bought my GTS V2, but all other reviews for this scooter are from industry "reviewers", who are given the scooters to test and none mention the harsh ride. Surely there must be E scooters with a more comfortable ride so rider beware.
