Right from get go this has been problematic. The install wasn't easy, had to get installer put 3 times to fix issues with camera. Got that sorted. But now, this part is a JOKE. Now every 30 days I see camera turned off. Can't even log into camera to format the sd card as it powers off and stays off. This in my opinion defeats the whole purpose of a dashcam, because half way through a drive camera turns off and I have to go home, remove the sd card and format it. So have no recordings until then.

They say you can use any class 10 sd card,well, that is BS ... I've tried multiples, top range sd cards (samsung extreme), brand new cards from old dash cam. NONE work. Only theirs

I have had many dash cams over the years but this 4K has the clearest and best recording to date. It was an easy install for me because I only used the cigarette lighter power supply. Accessing the settings and recordings via the easy to use app is the best as I don't have to remove the SD card from the unit to view the video recordings. Great cameras. I have front and rear. Installed by an auto electrician who commented about how good they are. Quality recordings and a quality product. issue overall is no remote access but at this price point for quality 4K front and 2k rear it’s irrelevant. Good service, fast postage and very good AI online chat and customer service follow up. Highly recommend.

I have purchased several of these. They were hardwired by an auto electrician who installed the app and connected the cameras. They are working perfectly. The video captured is great and I am able to read number plates. Very happy with the product. Show details
