Ask for warranty service – To fix a faulty alarm after 6 months we were billed for call out fee and labour. I don't believe I should pay for something that is faulty or installed incorrectly under 12 months. Make sure to ask about their written warranty service. The alarm works well after 5 years Bad warranty service
