Orange Will not return cost. Offers only store credit after returning item and waiting 14 days to have credit applied. Product not fit for purpose.

Shipping time is poor – I ordered my package on 30th August for an event 16th September. Was not processed and shipped until 7 days later and its now due to arrive between 18th and 21st September almost 3 weeks later. I have no experienced such poor shipping with any other company. Show details

Tan water – I used the tan face water. It was okay day 1 and did give a nice colour but then (as others have reported) I developed a rash over my face where the product was applied. It is still red and dry 4 days later. Be careful with this product. Perhaps patch test first.  Show details

I love this product! My fav! – This is my favourite tanning product. Quick & easy to apply before bed and I wake up with an amazing tan, and no fake tan smell! I'm fair skinned, so this has been my saviour. No need to bake in the sun.

feel the need to say that it DOES in fact stain your bed sheets, so unless you can compromise by using sheets that aren't white, perhaps this isnt for you. :)

Caused allergic reaction – Application took about 5 minutes after exfoliating in the shower and then moisturising knees, ankles and elbows. I used it all over my body apart from out of reach places like my back. By the morning I had a swollen face and hive like rash all over my neck & chest. Mousse hardly tans at all – This review is for the mousse, not the cream. I used this product with trepidation, as it talked about how it produces a deep tan, when I am naturally fairly pale. had this tan on for 3 days and only showering twice so far and most of the tan has gone, except of course my feet which are extremely bright orange still. I felt sticky for the first days of having the tan on but it has subsided now. The smell also isnt that great. But I may try and different technique to apply it next time as this is the only safe tan to use in pregnancy

Itchy, pimples and rashes all over – This really ruined my clear skin on my back, Ive applied Eco by Sonya Face tan water (i put it on my body irst and i didnt see any problems with applying face products on my body because I thought they are more mild) 7 days ago and my rashes are still there and I dont know what to do to get rid of it. Terrible! Orange patches! because eco by Sonya products have very poor performance, cheap packaging and are way overpriced in my opinion.

Has ruined my skin – I have been using this product for about three weeks and it ever since about a week ago my skin has started flaking off on my legs like I have a sunburn. And it’s flaking of in patches.

DONT BOTHER – I didnt see any benefit from this product. It did nothing for me, don't waste your money. It doesn't even feel good on my skin. The colour is blotchy all over my skin.

severe reaction. Had to purchase medication, and creams to treat the allergy and seek medical advice as over 48 hours the allergy got worse!

false advertising – Very disappointed after spending $79 for the mousse and the water.The mousse left my legs patchy and dry and even after showering i could still smell it.The water has made no difference to my face colour but I've ended up with redness in areas.I get better results using a $10 bottle of Le Tan spray.

Irritates my skin! – I’ve tried the winter skin and face water a few times. The face water has a strong smell and is hard to apply because it dries quickly. The worst problem was that I developed a rash/pimples like others have said. I found the winter skin okay. It offers a slight natural looking tan (in quite fair) but it does have an offensive smell.

Didn’t work – I’ve used this product a few times, it doesn’t provide any colour on my skin, other than a couple of yellowy patches on the side of my legs. I was so hopeful this product would work as I can’t use regular fake tan. I didn’t react to this one, but it gave me no colour. I guess I could use it as a moisturiser.

What is worse is that I also bought the tan removal mit and scrubbed my body for ages trying to get it off which also ended up being just as disappointing as not a single bit of the tan came off...

Expensive yellowing your skin, pimple maker moisturiser – Applied after showering, it stinks like bad coconuts and the smell does not lessen over time. stars reviews. Don't waste your money. I'm sure there are other vegan, eco friendly brands out there. Face tan water stinks too, is sticky and wears off unevenly. I had to apply so much concealer under my eyes to even out the gradual fade.

Never again! – I brought the face tanning water, Super food hydrate, glory oil and exfoliator after reading raving reviews about all of it. Unfortunately, I broke out with a rash and pimples and the tan water didn’t even tan my skin. For the amount of money I spent, I was really hoping for better results.

I woke up the next morning ORANGE! I was so disappointed because this is no cheap tan and now I’ve got a whole bottle of tan I’m never going to use again and am down $35

Absolutely not worth the money, which is such a shame because I tried ecotan face water tan and absolutely loved it!

I would recommend getting MyTan if your after a gradual tanner, no smell and is actually brown.

And it’s still vegan & cruelty free.

I love this tanning product. Simple to use and no mess – I have a tanned Asian skin tone but I wanted more of a golden tan and this was perfect I applied it on at night after a shower and when I woke up I had a nice even tan that wasn't orange blotchy and looks natural and it smells nice.

morning you will wake up with a very natural looking tan. Follow up with a daily moisturiser of Eco Tan "Winter Skin" and you won't have milky white skin ever again. The fact that Ecotan does not test on animals is a definite plus too.

agreeing with me and oh my goodness this stuff is PERFECT!! Only wish I had gotten onto it earlier before I wasted money on all the other brands. It’s a milky white looking formula so you can’t really see where you’ve put it but I haven’t found this a problem at all. I’ve applied using a tanning mit and just applied like I would a normal moisturiser. Doesn’t stain my sheets and it does exactly as promised - you wake up with a natural golden glow! Now my holy grail tanning product, finally!! THANK YOU ECO TAN!!
