I do understand this situation and try to work out my time by asking which one gonna suit me but she annoyed when I asked and said what do you want me to do or you want to get an influenza. Are you kidding me to ask customer like… Read more

Disgusting staff at Hornsby store. Avoid – I had laser hair reduction done at this (Hornsby) clinic about 10 years ago, and had a great experience, with thorough staff who were polite and helpful. Sadly, the staff and male owner who are there now are an absolute nightmare. The staff rush through the treatments, and, as I was carefully watching them do it, I saw they missed areas they lined… Read more

on the skin. They would do 3 parts of the area and skip the 4th part, then move on to the next area. When I pointed it out, they got offended and argued with me. I have prepaid for 4 full body treatments for my daughter. One time she came with slightly pink shoulders and I told the staff she got mild sunburn 2 weeks prior. The staff didn’t care and refused to treat her WHOLE top part of the body - arms, chest, back etc. That’s at least $100 worth of treatment. Before we left, they said they will treat these areas as a separate treatment another time. I was happy with this. They told us we are supposed to know sunburnt skin will not be treated as that’s their rule. It must be noted full body includes bikini or Brazilian and my daughter was too sensitive so treatment wasn’t done in those areas, so the business saved time and money with that - this was never acknowledged by them. And when my daughter asked me to put some numbing cream on before the treatment, I agreed because I used it on myself in my treatments and it was really helpful. Apparently, we were supposed to know (again!) that this business has a rule that numbing cream cannot be used. So they refused to do the treatment (again!). I argued with the rude woman who did the treatment (we were unlucky to get her several times). She went to the other woman who was in charge at the time. She argued with me rudely, getting me into a room and shutting the door. She berated me like I was a naughty child… She said we can get the area treated another time (again!). The other one came back sulking and finished the treatment without saying a word to my daughter or me! After she finished, on our way out, at reception, the bleached blonde rude woman said “You are not owed anything here, you are done. Don’t come back”. I’ve sent a complaint to fair trading and I’m considering a tribunal, but thought I’d give the business owner the chance to make things right and called them one more time. A male talked to me in a disgusting manner and said he’s the owner and manager, and to do whatever I want to do, because I’m banned from their business, so they don’t care what I do.

Burns and permanent scarring – Went to the san souci clinic to receive pigmentation removal, the therapist ended up burning my face, leaving me with extreme swelling and blistering for the week that followed. When I called to discuss this they tried to convince me it was a part of the treatment process. Absolutely appalling behaviour. No apology was given. I now have a… Read more

permanent scar from the treatment. Staff are obviously not trained to carry out treatments correctly. An entirely horrific experience, staff should be ashamed of the injuries they cause.

Customer service – I am so dissatisfied with the recent service I received at Hornsby Eden laser clinic, specifically in relation to my appointment scheduled. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I had originally booked this appointment a month in advance, only to have it cancelled due to understaffing. After 1.5 month waiting for my appointment… Read more

which has already been once cancelled, I did not receive any reminder text a day before my appointment, which is a standard practice in most service industries including Eden laser clinic. In an effort to confirm my appointment, I called your clinic in the morning, but no one answered the call. I left a voicemail message inquiring about my appointment but did not receive a response until 4:30 PM, which was too late, as my appointment had been scheduled for 12 PM on the same day.

When I sought an alternative appointment for either Friday or Saturday, I was informed that the clinic was fully booked and no appointment could be offered. This was not only inconvenient but also disappointing, given the initial cancellation and subsequent rescheduling that I had endured.

In an attempt to address my concerns and seek a resolution, I requested to speak with the manager. However, I was met with a refusal to share the manager's contact information and an unwillingness to pass along my number for a callback.

I find this level of customer service and communication unacceptable. I had been a loyal customer, and my experience has tarnished my perception of your clinic. In a customer-centric industry, effective communication and accommodating clients should be a top priority.

It's the Customer Service – They have no respect for your time and do not care about your experience. Do not pay for all the sessions at once if you want to go there as there is no option for refund if you "change your mind" for any reason.

Phone not answered, emails not returned – I have been trying to contact the clinic to book in for an appointment, as I have some treatments that I have prepaid. No one answers the phone and my voicemails and emails go unanswered. It's disappointing and frustrating that a business can function like this. I've since noticed many Google reviews saying the same thing, that they regret prepaying for treatments as they can't book in for them :( Show details

Red flag on Eden Clinics. This business has no concern about his customers or reputation they simple want your money – IRed flag on Eden Clinics. Do not go to ANY stores. These people are absolutely disgusting. They will quiet happily take your money and then tell you that you're not a suitable candidate for the treatment selected but in fact I need to spend $6000 to fix my pigmentation. Waste of time and money (Macarthur salon) – I booked for a microneedling appointment, but when I attended, they advised that this session is for consultation only, and several different serums must be used before each session. Otherwise, they will not proceed with the therapy. I've done microneedling so many times before, and no special serums were required to be used. They should have told… Read more

the client on their website and in the appointment confirmation email. It was an obvious upsell scenario to sell their serum, and I believe they didn't even have the machine to do the procedure that day. I requested a refund, but they refused. If your time and money are valuable to you, stay away from this clinic.

Dissatisfied with microdermabrasion treatment – I bought microdermabrasion sessions at the Macarthur clinic, the first session the therapist was so rough on my skin, even after I told her my skin is sensitive. I then had scratch marks on my skin, which were horrible to wake up to. They told me this was a 'side effect', however I have had micros before and this has never happened. I am very… Read more

disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. They also would not offer a refund, which is completely outrageous to me, despite me insisting. Their communication is horrible and don't get back to messages I had left in time. This is unacceptable and would not recommend anyone get treatment here.

Terrible experience, unacceptable behavior! – I purchased a treatment for my brother, and Eden laser Hornsby charged a second time AFTER his treatment, and they pretended it was compulsory. If it was mandatory, as they mentioned and was not paid earlier, why did they not ask for payment before the treatment? They knew he was international and could not come again, took advantage of he is… Read more

being international, and when I called them, they did not accept what they promised through our phone discussion. Plus, the lady talked with a discriminative and mean tone when I asked for a refund which was double charged.

Owner of Hurstville office is rude. Stuff is with sore on the lips but no musk.Weak settings to come back,no name tags – I was stressed out on my appointment at Hurstville Eden Laser on 17/11/22 after the owner of the business Andrew Chin was rude, abrupt, offensive & shouted at me. On the appointment I asked receptionist Delek ( spelling ? No name tag) if they can match the laser dementions for my treatment with the one were done for me in the other shop one… Read more

year ago as my skin is very strong & I’ve done quite a few procedures with no side effects at all. After that laser procedure my hair stopped growing for an about an year ! Now I have only dozen of hear “. She said: “No, we have not done it for you before, so don’t know what happens..you have some pigmentation..all mashine are different..I am working with laser for 10 years & I know what I am doing.” Then showed her a pic of the last Dementions 8J/cm2; 3ms; 2.0Hz; 24 on the laser mashine Gentle Laser Pro Candela but she said: “We can do only 7. You should come at least 10 times”. I said:”Ok”.

When I came to the procedure room with Duline (spelling ? No name tag) who was going to do a laser on my upper lips, I noticed blisters on upper lips. I asked her politely if she had a herpes on her upper lips (a cold sore) & to put a muck on. She said it was not herpes but something else which I didn’t understand what it was. She was reluctant to put a musk on. Then she said:”Ok, I go for the musk” & gone. She came back with Andrew Chin, who started talking to me very loudly & threatening straight away without introducing himself: “ It’s offensive to say she had herpes! It’s cirrhosis. I have it too” . I tried to explain to him: “Sorry, I was not meant to offend her but I just asked her if it was herpes labials & to put a musk on..There is no offence for people to have some diseases but musk should be worn.” I also wanted to tel him, as a medical professional I know that cirrhosis has other locations on skin & no blisters. However, he interrupted me & said to me aggressively: “We not providing treatment for you here, you can go somewhere else! Leave now ! “. I said I’d complain on his behaviour. He became furious, come to me very close that I was scary he’d hit me & shouted: “No problem. You can complain to my head office. My name is Andrew Chin. I am the owner of the business. I can give you my business card !” & gave me a card without his name on it. So I had to come back to get it. When I was leaving the practice he shouted after me : “We can do anything we want in our practice”

His behaviour is offensive & not acceptable especially for a medical practice. I was so distressed that had to go to my doctor after his offence.

Would not recommend anyone to go there because of the rude staff; stuff does not wear musk when having a sore on the lips; do a weak laser settings for a client to come back & pay for 10 procedures instead of the one.

Make of it what you will – I purchased a number of treatments in advance (stupid thing to do) and my regular beautician left. I have been a client for nearly 3 years and the staffing situation is abit of a revolving door. Anyway, I booked in a treatment with someone else and on the day of the treatment, this person called in sick and I was offered another appointment at… Read more

some ridiculous time of 1:00pm on a Tuesday. I work fulltime. So for the past 2-3 weeks I have been arguing with them that I want a refund. (If hyou cancel an appointnment, you have to wait at least a month before you can book in again.) They have taken my money but cannot provide the service. They are refusing to provide me with a refund, I have been called by a number of very inexperienced staff all promising that I can have any appointment that I want, and they would cancel the client that was booked in for that time. I have this in an email and will be providing it to Fair Trading. This is just a very brief summary of the matter. The owner refuses to speak to me but I have approximately $700 + dollars in treatments that they are holding. So to the clients, if your appointment gets cancelled it could be due to Eden trying to satisfy another disgruntled client.
