Best hairstylist – I thank my lucky stars the day I walked into Elias Hair & Beauty. My hair is fine and I showed him a picture of what I wanted and the finished style was exactly what I asked for. Today I took my 2 grandbabies there, one wanted a wolf cut and the other permanent straightening. They were so happy with the finished hair styles and cuts and product let alone the price which was so reasonable especially since the salon is located in Penrith Myers.
