This dishwasher is straight up trash. Stay away at all cost. Even on the longest wash it does not wash properly unless you only use it below 50% capacity. The cuttlery tray is a joke. Your cuttlery will stay dirty. The dishwashing tablet or powder (I have tried so many) will stay on your dishes and glasses. Do yourself a favour and avoid this brand at all cost. Poor quality product – Poor quality, within 12 months of purchase the top and bottom drawers peel the coating and became rust Contacted the company 1 drawer was replaced, 3 months passed top drawer is not in warehouse Would not recommend to buy this product, no only very poor quality customer services is non existing

Wish we hadn’t bothered – Absolute waste of time and water. Terrible in every way. I am back to hand washing dishes. Shouldn’t be allowed to be sold as does not work. At all.

ABSOLUTE PIECE OF JUNK – This is the worst dishwasher we have ever purchased. After a couple of years it started to rust inside and many small parts (plate racks) started to fall off, as they were rusted through. The dishwasher itself does not wash dishes properly, and we have to use 2 cycles and usually end up hand-washing everything. The dishwasher also does not start and the program appears to freeze on a regular basis. I would never by another ESATTO product. Show details
Beware - Esatto will not honour warranty or consumer guarantee if you are not the original purchaser – The dishwasher works well - when it’s works. Cleans perfectly and doesn’t take long to perform a cycle. However, only issue now is that it has stopped draining and Esatto the manufacturer has refused to assist in repairing the dishwasher as they say I do not have a purchase receipt. despite me providing the product’s serial no. which Esatto says confirms it is one of their products and it’s date of manufacture. That should surely be sufficient to provide a consumer guarantee or warranty, however, they have unapologetically refused to help citing they don’t need to without a purchase receipt. You’d think they rise above and do the right thing.
Does not clean! Defeats the purpose of a dishwasher! – Purchased it cheap but since day 1, it never cleaned properly. Always leaves food residues on plates, pots and pans. Be prepared for a second cleaning of your dishes. Show details
Great dishwasher – Great dishwasher, fits a large amount of dishes and always washes well. Extremely quiet, amazing value for money can’t fault it, I’ve used all settings on the dishwasher and they all preform well Show details
Absolute rubbish quality – Absolute rubbish quality both top and bottom racks have rusted and dishwasher can no longer be used. Customer service is a joke contacted them in December 2021 still waiting 4 months later. Show details
Really good value dishwasher – We've had our Esatto EDW7S dishwasher for over 3 years and still working as well as it did day 1. I've read some reviews around them not washing but that hasn't been our experience. You do need to wash the filter within the base every few weeks to ensure it continues to clean well, but i think this is the case with all dishwashers? Hard to go past… Read more · 1
it in terms of value. We also had an issue a year ago where we damaged the control panel (our fault) and we found dealing with their After Sales Service to be a really good experience.
Stopped working after 3 and a half years – I bought this dishwasher just under 3 and half years ago. It washed dishes fairly well and had a larger capacity inside. However, the water is cold during the washing cycle so assume the heating element has stopped working. I would have expected it to last at least 6-8 years at least! Show details
Great value, cleans well – This has been a great dishwasher. After years of arguing with Samsung trying to get warranty faults addressed it has been so refreshing to have the Essato. It is slightly noisy, not enough to bother me, but what you can hear is that it has plenty of power to scrub the dishes. I used to have to stay and watch my previous Samsung dishwasher in case it started to leak (again). I persisted with the Samsung for 3.5 yrs until I just got sick of it. And sick of the hours spent on chat things trying to explain warranty issues. So it is great to have such a reliable machine like the essato. I have been so happy with the Essato dishwasher that I bought the same brand tumble dryer

flimsy. Door, tray rails are very light weight and dont think will survive long. Upper tray spray pipe which gets connected to water supply pipe at the back is designed poorly. It feels like the upper tray is stucked with supply pipe whenever you try to pull upper tray out and can damage the entire supply pipe frame if you try pulling hard. In my case upper tray was stucked with the pipe and I didnt try to forcefully pull out.
Tray rails - The quality of upper tray rails is of very bad quality. It feels so flimsy that I doubt it can move with full load without breaking.
Controls - Button type, plastic.
With upper tray issue and observing the build quality I decided to get this product replaced with a better quality one and got myself Westinghouse dishwasher (spent another $130)
I would suggest to stay away from this product. Spend $100 more and get a good quality washer. This product is not worth $400.
Good to cover the hole but not really to wash dishes – We moved in a house with the space for the dishwasher and didn’t have one. We bought these mainly to cover the hole looked good and was cheap enough. It doesn’t wash properly unless you do the intensive wash does not even dissolve the tablet ( I have tried several tablets) normal size dinner plates don’t fit on the bottom draw ( just regular Kmart plated nothing too big ) Show details

Cheap But Works Surprisingly Very Well Indeed – I bought this to replace my suddenly dead $889 Bosch dishwasher. Bosch wanted to charge $350 + GST + Labour ($88 call out fee + $10 for every 6 mins) to replace Broken Power Board. I said stuff it & bought this Esatto brand new for $374 delivered. Surprisingly it does the job much better than my much more expensive Bosch. Racks have more spaces for dishes. It also come with more functionality. Couldn't be happier. Just Perfect. Stuff Bosch!!
