High pitch sound from the start, which annoyed me until I figured out it was only present when the red light was on and no water was in the unit. vapour function when my son was sick. I’ve just pulled this one out of the cupboard after several months of no use and it now has a loud fan sound on the vapour setting which is unbelievably loud. Have turned it off and will be throwing it in the bin! Never did I think a product so expensive would have so many issues! Do not recommend. Go and invest in anything else! We had a rainbow mist humidifier which was absolutely fantastic and quiet prior to this.

Not Great – We purchased the Euky Bear humidifier approximately two years ago and have been pleased with its performance until recently. the unit has now ceased functioning entirely.

Upon contacting customer support for assistance, we were informed that the product is covered only under a one-year warranty and thus no further recourse is available. It is disappointing to learn that the expected lifespan of the humidifier appears to be limited to two years, which was not clearly communicated to us at the time of purchase. Had we been aware of this, we may have chosen an alternative product that aligns with our long-term needs more effectively.

Its good..... until it isn't – After using this for the last two years, it now has a weird fan noise coming from the unit. warranty, we are unable to help you". That is it. No suggestions on how to fix it, or what the issue could be,...nothing.

Hmm, a little disappointing.

Noisy fan inside – The noise that the machine generated was very loud when I first plugged it in and turned on the diffuser (no audio was being played). 4010 fan at the base of the machine that was causing the whine and rattle sounds. I ordered a $7 replacement fan from Ali, modified the power connector and installed the new fan in its place. It is now very quiet. Unfortunately since the new fan requires more amps (0.1A) that the board can provide (0.03A), the RPM is slower so there is less mist that comes out. Apart from all that, it is a pretty good unit with a lot of useful features.

Keep in mind that the timer (1-8hrs) is for the diffuser only. The music and light will stay on all night if they are turned on.

Can others sleep through it – Is this product supposed to make a subtle high pitch noise. Show details

Great product – We use this every night in our nursery as a night light/red light to assist with sleeping. It’s also been great as a diffuser when his has a cold. We even pack it and take it on trips with us now Show reply

least twice with baby bunting because I kept the receipt knowing that this might occur. Will be returning this again! It's a really great project but also very frustrating when you rely on it so much given the issues.

Poor durability – Loved this machine and it’s features until it stopped working completely after about 2 years. This is quite disappointing given the price point.
