If I could give 0, I would – Oven would not light. Local tech diagnosed a thermocouples issue. Fixed it. Nope, not fixed. Came back and fixed it again. Nope, still not working. Claimed repair under warranty. Repairer hired by Glen Dimplex refused to show up, we lived too far away. Original repairer came out to fix. Thought it was fixed… nope. Our cooktop has little to no regulation over the flame it’s either a boiling or full on boiling. Oven had a meat thermometer used in it to check the temp. Set to 180c, it hit 280c and was still rising. Put the oven on 120c, it hit 180c and still rising. After alot of to-ing and fro-ing, company finally agreed to refund our Money with a credit note however, under consumer law, we are entitled to have them pay to install anew oven. I have advised them of this and still have not had a resolution. Initial contact was made in June.

Oven is great...once it was installed correctly – Have had my oven/cooktop for just over 2 years. Cooktop has always worked well but fan forced gas oven seemed to overcook things...not that we used it frequently. After trying to cook a Xmas cake this year and burning it badly.... I went looking into the fault and it did not seem to be changing the flame strength as I wound temp control up/down. Oven was just out of warranty but Euromaid said they would have someone contact me and fix it as act of goodwill. Spoke to Craig over the phone from Advanced Gas Services in Bris. He diagnosed the problem over the phone. Turns out there is a small switch behind the oven control knob that needs flicking when using LPG instead of Natural gas. The idiot who Harvey Norman sent to originally install it did not do this. It now controls temperature correctly and cooks perfectly. There was never a fault in the oven ...just the idiot who first installed it.

great quality product looks good works very well – great unit and looks fantastic , I have installed many gas cookers over the years and this is a great value unit. the only issue we have is not able to get the electric griller to work for some reason but am sure we will get it sorted out

bottom kick plate – Purchased stainless model today but it came with a white enamel base kick plate l think this is a factory assembly packing fault would definitely prefer a replacement one cooked our meal perfectly. Hope this can be rectified ,and euromaid can promptly fix otherwise seems to do the job as expected
