I waited too long to write this. Kept thinking I'd have more to say once things improved. Things didn't improve. So here I am three months later saying mostly the same thing week one was already suggesting. Should have written it in week four.

Opened my first ticket in month one about the filter resetting. Got a reply asking me to clear my cache. Did that. Still resetting. Opened a second ticket. No reply yet. That was three weeks ago. Both tickets are still marked open. The filter resets every morning.
