So much worse than the original. The beloved Fisher Paykel double dishdrawer dishwasher that came with my apartment finally packed up after 15 years of loyal service. I looked at reviews of a lot of dishwashers and even though the dishdrawer was not recommended by many review companies, I loved the convenience of it so I splashed out and spent over two grand for a new dishdrawer. That was nearly 8 months ago, and I’ve gotta say I’m not a fan. The modern dishdrawer seems to be a lot flimsier, more plastic than metal. The cycles take much longer and at the end of a cycle I can’t say my dishes are always clean. The base of the dishwasher is designed poorly so any item that slightly protrudes interferes with the spinning wash spray arm. So countless washes have to be redone after trying to re-distribute items so they don’t interfere with the flimsy spray arm. The next problem is that for the last month or so there has been a flashing red fault light on the display for the bottom dish drawer. And yet nowhere in the documents that came with the dishwasher or in my attempts to communicate with an online Chatbot, can I get an explanation as to what that flashing symbol means. Once upon a time the instruction manual that came with the dishwasher would clearly indicate what each fault means. But not any more it seems. Instead the dishwasher is bizarrely connected to Wi-Fi for no good reason. And yet communicating via QR code to an AI Chatbot to get information and do some troubleshooting is next level infuriating. (Why can’t that wifi connection communicate the information?) Even if you include all the relevant information about the make and model (which for some st^pid reason is not written anywhere on the dishwasher but only in the documents that came with it if you bothered to keep them), the troubleshooting suggestions they provide seem to be for different models. And yes, despite doing all the troubleshooting recommended, that unexplained flashing warning symbol persists . These AI chatbots seem to be designed to infuriate rather than assist with anything.

After 11 years we finally unalived our F&P dual dishwasher. This is the 2nd time we've had the F&P dual draw and just love them, our first one had to stay in the house when we sold it so we went straight out at got another one in 2014. It got a lot of us, i mean a LOT over the years and served us well. So naturally we bought our 3rd one to replace it. Super quiet, in fact so quiet i didn't know it was washing at first, nice new features with the light up button, i do like it being on the outside so i can see what's going on without opening the draw, we are very happy.

Purchased in at Fisher & Paykel for $1,999.

bought now 2 fisher paykell dish washers costing $1500 & $2000 and washing the dishes myself! The first dishwasher needed the parts from the bottom tray used to fix the electric panel in the top tray. Somehow after getting rid of the nuisance, I was talked into buying another. Less that 6 months along and the F24 alarm will not disappear. I am back to washing the dishes myself! Less $3,500

Purchased in at Harvey Norman Retail Stores for $2,200.

Dd60d2nx9 check delivery date – The dishwashers instruction manual is in tiny writing and incomplete, lacking detail so its necessary to search online for comprehensive instructions. The control panel is not backlit so it is difficult to see the function buttons. It is very easy to load and cleans well. super quiet would i buy it again ..yes....do i recommend it...yes ordered 26.11. delivered 28.01...two months later. The delivery time was promised originally for two weeks time .When it failed to turn up I tried using the often suggested help line. However, the guy's English was so bad I couldn't understand what he was saying. waited another week and phoned them again with the same result...unable to understand anything at all. waited another week and tried their helpline again. thanked him for answering the call but again not a single word he said i could understand. Eventually it arrived with no communication or apology at all from the manufacturers
