Great product but mine stopped working – It is a great product but mine has stopped working after 4 years. The battery will now not accept any charge. For such an expensive product I expect more than 4 years of occasional use. To the company's credit they offered me a discount on a new one but I don't wish to buy another one. I would now rather buy something else.

I haven't been contacted with additional options and things haven't been made right for me. Potential customers just need to consider the fact that this product only comes with a one year warranty should anything go wrong with it.
