Rubbish, paint chips, for what you pay they aren't worth it. Buy a Yeti there much better. Try getting a refund!! Good luck, cleaver marketing but rubbish product.

Purchased a medium and a large - hated them. Doesn’t matter what I do they leak - so every day I end up with coffee stains down the front of my work clothing no matter how careful I am. They were far from cheap especially purchasing two so very very disappointing. They look amazing but leak something terrible and need to be bigger. I will go back to my trusty Nespresso ones. Only got these for the colour options available. Show details

The paint peeled off my Frank Green in less than 12 months from normal use. Customer support is a bunch of canned responses (probably AI). So this company is happy for me to go around with a paint peeled bottle? What does that say to other people who see it? I'm sure they would go with another brand. "The good news is that this sort of damage… Read more

doesn't affect the integrity of the structure of your reusable!". This affects their reputation! I would have happily received a discount off another Frank Green but instead I go the response: "We're sorry to see your frank green product in that condition. Upon assessing the damage, the nature of the damage suggests wear and tear."

tldr: Buyer beware, the paint peels off!

The only good thing about this cup is it's easy to clean. It's leaking so much should be called the leaky green. I was tempted to leave it in the bus, just to give myself an excuse to buy another brand. Show details

Awful push button lid – The push button lid is awful. Weird drinking hole and what a nightmare to clean. The whole thing needs to be taken apart every time you wash it. It feels like 110 parts to deal with and clean and not lose and reassemble correctly. Show details

Quality product with happy wife designs! – Wife loves her Frank Green coffee cup and although takes a minute to figure out how to assemble my 4 yr old can now do it. Even after losing one of the tiny pieces, reached out to the friendly staff at Frank's and they organised a replacement less than 1/2 hour after sending an email. Great work team Frank Green! Cheers!

I was given a Frank Greek Coffee cup, I have used it on and off, mostly off as it leaks After watching a review, I realise now my mug doesnt screw on easily, and no matter how much effort I put in it still leaks I have contacted the company, who basically say that unless I can provide the receipt they wouldnt even look at it, but even so said I… Read more

should by a replacement.

Why would I buy a replacement of an 'environmentally friendly' cup, when there are all these reviews saying the same. This product is not environmentally friendly

Worst reusable cup of all time – It's the worst reusable cup ever! It leaks from the top and the sides. Do not buy this, save your money and buy a cheap one from Kmart and save the frustrations and disappointment you have paid so much. Thank god it was a gift.

Absolute rubbish – Absolutely disappointing I really wanted this coffee cup since long time ago as it looked quite cool but I forgot it until few weeks ago when I bought it finally from their website. First as I opened the packet the button came in wrong color so I was not happy but decided to keep anyways. But when I used it for the first time the coffee leaked no… Read more

matter how tight you close the lid. Absolute rubbish I don't know how you can make a coffee cup not realising that it leaks. The built quality was also not good as well. Don't buy this cup or this brand. It's rubbish trust me what a waste of $35 for a small coffee cup.

Sadly, no – Wanted to love it, but it really doesn’t do what you need: it leaks, doesn’t stay hot for even 30min, smells despite cleaning after EVERY use, super challenging to clean. Show details

Works, hard to clean – It's usable but to clean it properly you have to disassemble the lid completely. Time consuming and inconvenient. Just sits in the cupboard now as I have bought other brands.

Leaks so can’t use it any more – Worked for a year or so now leaks out of the air hole. Have tried assembling and reassembling. Followed instructions on their website. Leaks even below fill line and with cold liquids inside. Very annoying. I wanted an environmentally friendly cup but this is now having to go in landfill. Show details

Leaks. Overpriced. Overhyped – This cup has never sealed properly. The lid is very difficult to screw on. Leaks coffee all over the place. I was inspired to leave this review after standing speaking with colleague and my coffee started dripping on the floor even with the lid on - which is very difficult to clean. I’ll be throwing out the lid and using this as an insulated mug and buying another brand that is actually leak proof and half the price. Show details

Push button Lid is terrible – I was looking forward to treating myself to a Frank Green leakproof cup to throw in my bag without leaking. My ceramic water bottles with straws are amazing so I had high expectations for the coffee cup. Unfortunately the push button isn’t consistent in open/closed position. Sometimes it goes halfway, other times it doesn’t move at all. At times… Read more

it has to be pushed 20 times to open/close correctly.

I did get a replacement after pulling apart the original one and putting back together several times, which has worked perfectly for one cuppa but is now inconsistent too. I hadn’t taken it apart for washing, I just ran water through it. I asked a couple of people to check that I was following instructions correctly and they all found it still got stuck.

This is annoying as it caused a leak when not expected and other times doesn’t keep my drink hot because it’s open slightly.

I was so disappointed as I also wanted to buy a bigger capacity cup to last a bit longer while out and about but I don’t think it’s worth the frustration, especially as it’s not a cheap option. Not sure if I received two dodgy lids or if this is generally how they are.

EDIT: tried another lid from a friend and it doesn’t leak so I had two dodgy lids. Yea was barely warm 2 hours after making it and only opened two hours later so it’s not effective to keep drinks hot unless drinking immediately.

Edit: water bottles not so amazing either after a short period of time. Scratches easily and impossible to clean. FG suggested buying a new lid because it can’t be cleaned properly! We had bought about 5 drink bottles but won’t be buying anymore or paying $30 for a lid and delivery because the item can’t be cleaned properly.

Cheaply made rubbish – The ceramic coating has started to peel away after less than a year's usage. Frank green refused to replace under warranty. Avoid at all costs.

Leaks :( – It leaks…I’ve persisted for quite sometime but it always leaks and I end up with coffee on me and on anything I rest the cup on. I was only willing to spend this much on a keep cup to get one that was leak proof…unfortunately I’m significantly out of pocket with a leaky keep cup. Do not waste your money. Show details

Don’t get caught in the hype!! – I was gifted a water bottle coffee cup set.. The lid to the water bottle broke (didn’t realise it was plastic!) and the push button in the coffee stopped working , so I replaced the set @$90 so the gifter would never know. same until finally died altogether. Leaked and was cold by the time I got to work. Exactly the same thing happened. Push button not working and plastic lid cracked. They cannot call themselves environment conscious with throw away crap like this. My other metal water bottles have lasted years of copping a beating and no problems. I love supporting Aussie but not when it’s smoke and mirrors. It made me source other Aussie companies with a better option and there are heaps!! I wish I’d read all these reviews before I replaced!!

I so wanted to love this cup! – When I saw the blush pink Frank Green ceramic-coated 295ml keep cup it was love at first sight! However, twelve months on, love has soured, literally. I have hand washed in hot soapy water and followed all care instructions yet my coffee comes out with an altered taste?? This is from day 1. Yesterday whilst at work, I tried plain water, and… Read more

sipping direct from the cup with the lid removed, and the water had the same funny taste. I am trying to support environmentally friendly, eco-conscious and sustainable businesses and products. I love a decent coffee brew , first preference is always to drink from a ceramic cup, in the cafe, as opposed to drinking from a takeaway cup, for both taste preference and environmental impact reasons. Aesthetics are also important to me and when I saw the Frank Green cup I thought, win win, I had found a keep cup from which my coffee was going to taste great! Wrong. It also keeps my coffee hot for too long resulting in a 10 minute wait until I can drink comfortably. Hence, I have only used the cup approximately 15 to 20 times over the year. Shame. Time for a different ceramic coating lining the cup?

nice look and useless – The cup looks lovely. Apart from that: it has a strange smell and taste that does not seem to leave after washing it a couple of times. I purchased two lids. both broke after about 1 -2 weeks of use, meaning leaking, trouble opening, trouble closing. Terrible construction and absolutely not worth the money.

Don’t like credit process – The cup itself is ok and the environmental objective is admirable . My biggest concern is with the payment system for keeping credit on your cup . First you have to download the app then to register you have to fill out what I think is an excessive amount of personal information. I got that “I am the product “ feeling , stoped and deleted the app . There are more secure ways of paying for your coffee.
