thou I am quite small I still carted around abit of a pot belly, was a beer drinker for many years and even thou had been off it for the past year and had lost alot of weight the beer belly stayed on. However, if you're looking for a product to help you lose weight, this may not be it. While it hasn’t directly helped me lose weight, I have found that it gives me more energy. This extra energy has encouraged me to exercise more, which in turn has helped me with weight management.

As for the taste, it's not the best flavor I’ve tried, but it’s not the worst either. It’s bearable, especially considering the benefits. In terms of curbing sugar cravings, I haven't noticed a significant reduction, but I do enjoy food more, especially without the bloated feeling afterwards.

One of the major benefits is that I’m now more active. Instead of sitting around watching TV, I find myself going out more and exercising, which is a big win as a 60-year-old trying to take better care of my health. Have I lost weight?
