Never ever will I go through HBO Max again. Canceling your subscription is beyond impossible! The support Teams at HBO are not helpful in the slightest and “can’t cancel” your account when you need them to. On the app, on the server, codes, multi sign ins, errors - it has taken me 5 hrs. I was the worst decision to ever sign up with this company. Never again!

The HBO Max App is terrible. I have a less than 50 per cent launch success. I have to restart and restart. I have tried customer support without getting a response. I will cancel my subscription
