Delicious tea and very efficient service! I've found it so difficult to get excellent quality tea elsewhere, especially Keemun teas. I love the Keemun teas from Hey China, and the Wild Yunnan Ancient Tea is scrumptious too! My tea arrived very quickly too. Highly recommend.

Was recommended teas that could handle being steeped for hours in a travel mug. They were perfect. Staff know there products and when asked questions they are helpful and quick to reply.

Grassy – Cut grass aromas on the nose which come through on the palate with vegetal characteristics dominating including hints of cooked cabbage, backed up by astringent tannins. Strongly flavoured, good for three steeps.

For a start, I love loose leaf tea. I like the woody flavour and the way the leaves come out of the bag in a tight little ball. Easy to dispose of when used as they become large and floppy in the brewing process. Unique :)

Gorgeous oolong teas! I ordered 5 different oolong teas from Hey China and they are all awesome teas with unique flavour and characteristic scents.

This teapot is perfect. The pour is smooth, and shape of the teapot allow the leaves to steep properly. Compact, easy to clean, and great for daily use. Highly recommended! The square tea knife is sturdy and easy to grip. It works well for breaking apart compressed tea without damaging the leaves. Compact, safe to use, and a great tool for any tea lover.

I ordered a number of samples from Heychina to try out at home. The quality of the selected teas is fantastic, best I have found in Australia so far. The packaging is also excellent with brewing instructions covenantly placed on the packaging for quick reference. I will definitely be buying more tea from this business. This was my first time getting goods from this store, and I am very happy with the products. I ordered 2 items: tea and gaiwan. For tea, which is dan cong, is phenomenal; taste is exquisite and the price is reasonable. Gaiwan, however, is more surprising than the tea in terms of quality. I was looking for a shop to buy special tea and tea canisters for my Vietnamese Tea Ceremony Wedding. This was the perfect place! They have beautiful cereamic tea canisters and really special chinese teas with a little bio about what it is and where its from. This has helped make our day more special!! I also love that they have little sample packs so we can try before making a larger purchase!
