Excellent Choice of Laundry Powder. Minimalist packaging, efficient, kind to the environment and to the skin. I took me a while to get used to the lack of synthetic fragrance after using supermarket brands for most of my life, but with the addition of eucalyptus oil it is perfect. I found a bit of plastic on my regular powder and the powder turned to clumps and didn't dissolve on cold wash. I emailed about the plastic but no one replied. It was my 2nd time purchasing from you but sadly there won't be a 3rd purchase. I left good reviews after the plastic incident as it was just 1 little strand but the clumps not dissolving which happened twice is a no go as you claim they dissolve even in cold wash. Show details
Love the washing powder (and dishwashing powder too). Started using it about six months ago and have been really pleasantly surprised. Good value, cleans well and clothes smell nice.

towels and sheets smelling like a pair of mens smelly ball, even when I put some drops of oil in a load. Now, dont get me wrong, I'm a cleaner by profession, and have an almost new washing machine, that I even did a barrel clean in just to make sure it thoroughly cleaned, still no change it the smell. My experiment was - I bought the $2 liquid from woolies, clothes smelt beautiful. Next load, Hudstone, nope, stank like feral [Content Removed] juice! Then I tried Koala brand and yep, came out smelling fresh each load and when I went to put them on then next week, still smelt lovely. So now I'm using DIRT and my clothes are lovely. so the last 1/4 bag left has gone in the bin and ill be using DIRT from now on. Don't know why everything stank - and this experiment was over the last 6 moths, in a house of 2 adults and 5 kids but I did my best to see why. While it worked for me before, it was value for money.
Prompt customer service from Elizabeth – I haven't received my order. Not sure if auspost lost my order or hudstone didn't ship it to begin with. All sorted. Elizabeth called me back. Parent of almost Nightly bed wetting child! – Ok, I’m converted! With an almost nightly bed wetting child, took the advice of doing a soak with pre soaker, then wash as normal with washing powder… Works a charm! ‘scent’ to your wash, just add essential oils to final rinse of your wash! Although your wash will have that fresh linen wash smell without it anyway!

Absolutely the best products at a great price – I purchased the laundry and dishwasher value bundle with scoops 2 months ago and have been using the products ever since. The laundry pre wash removed stains that no other brand has and the washing powder washes clean and fresh every time without leaving any residue. Based on their performance, Hudstone products are the only ones I will be buying from now on.

Simple is good – I started using Hudstone's powder about 3 months ago, and I have just re-ordered 6 kilos, which should last me ages. At first, I found it really difficult to believe that less than a tablespoon of powder could wash 14kgs of laundry, but every wash I pull from my giant front loader comes out clean. the amount of washes per kilo is really good, so it's cheaper in the long run. I like buying directly from an Australian owned company that manufacturers here, and I like avoiding shopping in supermarkets .
I will not be going back to supermarket laundry powder – I have been using Husdtone since April previously using supermarket laundry detergents. Hudstone has no scent which I was not sure of but I absolutely love taking clean, fresh clothes off the line without a "fake" perfumed fresh smell. have an all purpose cleaner that works as a pre wash stain spray but is also fabulous for cleaning stone benchtops, cupboards etc. I will be continuing to use Hudstone products, it may seem a little more expensive to start but the products last longer and I use less than the supermarket alternatives.
