Soft as cheese – First time the bicycle got used the back got cut on glass and I noticed the front wheel had a noise on it when brakes are applied. I then replaced the back tyre and tube with puncture proof tube and rubber. I spoke to [Name Removed] at BigW Bundaberg and told him the front wheel has a noise and keeps touching the brake. He told me that the… Read more
bike builder would look at it and if it is mechanical failure they will replace it. At home a 55kg boy used it and while on the lawn he changed gears and the back wheel spokes came loose locked the wheel up and bent the frame. I took the bicycle in to BigW Bundaberg for them to look at.
I was called today by a Guy from there and he told me that I damaged the frame and they will not fix or replace the bicycle.
I asked how much to repair the bicycle and was sarcastically told it will cost more then the price of the bicycle.
They still have the bicycle there today when I called customer care.
I fear this is a mechanical failure on the frame and not damage caused as it was used as intended and failed during gear change.
Terrible – We bought this bike for our 11 year old son. 1st bike was returned the same day with gear changing problems. Replacement bike lasted 3 days with the front wheel buckling and making it un-ridable. Unfortunately can’t get a refund yet from BigW because of COVID lockdown Show details
The worst bike ever – The bike didn’t even come with an Ellen key which is ridiculous and the instruction manual was so vague and didn’t give any clear directions on how to assemble the bike. It was an absolute waste of money and time.
Great Value for money bike and looks great – Assembled the bike OK, then took it for several test rides, no problems. I have been riding this bike for 50 days straight now, 45 min per day. And the bike is still in one piece and going strong, good suspension, and gear changes. Show details
Bang for your buck bike – Only 1 week in with this bike, I found this is perfect for my everyday easy riding. Great addition to your family bike riding adventures or simply going solo by tackling any terrain. Was able to put it together relatively easy in under 30 mins, as I had 2 to build so learnt quickly. Due to having an office butt, which needed hardening :) as the… Read more
seat was little hard, however with continued use both butt and seat become friends, no longer fighting against each other.
The 18 speed gears with genuine SHIMANO derailleur makes riding a breeze for all levels, while the dual suspension system allows you smoothen out the bumps as you ride.
Quick release seat makes it easy to adjust for all height and the front and rear brakes add sure stopping power.

Great for everyday ride around the park – Got this last Christmas and very happy with the purchase. I was looking for a cheap bike that will get me around the park and back. This bike does the job. Almost all tough terrain is a breeze with 18 speed gear system. Some of the other great features are easy adjustable seat, 66cm wheels, lightweight & has a Shimano rear derailleur. Will recommend.
