iTechworld PS800 Portable Lithium Power Station
VerifiedMPN: PS8001 review
I purchased this item 23 days ago in readiness for a road trip as a back up power pack to run my CPap machine if power fails in our caravan. We are away at present and the pack was fully charged when I had to use it. I am so disappointed that it only ran the CPap machine for just over 5 hours before it was completely dead. I pacifically asked the young man if it would run the machine and he said it would definitely do the job. I’m afraid to say this item is not fit for my purpose and I will have to find an alternative product. I will contact the store today regarding a full refund.

Hi John, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this would be, especially while you're away on your road trip.
This isn't the experience we want our customers to have, and we'd really like the opportunity to look into this further for you. The runtime of a power station can vary depending on the CPAP model, power settings, and whether additional features such as a heated humidifier or heated hose are being used.
Could you please email me directly at noora@itechworld.com.au with your order number, the specifications/power requirements of your CPAP unit, whether you were running it from the AC output or DC output of the power station, and whether the humidifier was turned on?
Once I have those details, I'll be happy to investigate this further and work with you on the best resolution. If the unit is not suitable for your requirements, we're also happy to assist with organising a return.
Kind regards, Noora
