Extremely disappointed with Yuilya and her assessment. What is the point of insurance and valuations when IVAA come back with a price of over $8000 less than the item is valued at and less than the item was purchased for? What is the point of paying insurance for expensive items. No response to request to discuss.

Low valuations compared with valuation from a reputable valuer – Your valuation was $4,000 below a certificate insurance replacement value for lost jewellry. Seniors Insurance is with hollard and they send the insurance claim to you. Very unhappy.

Beware. They will not help you – My claim for a broken phone has become a nightmare. A 1800 phone which I am asking for a glass repair has now been missing with the provider they arranged for me. A claim which has taken 6 weeks and now my phone is missing for nearly 2 weeks! Beware beware. I dealt a lot of insurance and they are the least helpful Up to now my phone has been missing g and no help from company y to replace my phone

The services from IVAA has been great. They are very prompt when you have a request and easy to deal with by email and over the phone. Even if your case manager was not available, other case managers were more than happy to assist you right away.
