Takes short cuts in Testing – When Testing our many Computers, Jims Test & Tag seem to just Test the same small extension Lead to print as many Test & Tag stickers as possible, then walks around and puts the stickers on the back of the Computer & Computer screen as well as the leads. Easy money.

Unable to service Townsville (apparently) – They have a web page advertising Townsville but are unable to offer the service (apparently). Reading down their email trail (oops!), they were unable to find the address so put it in the "too hard basket". A simple call could've quickly and easily solved this problem.

Kazi at Jim's Test and Tag Cheltenham is the best! Kazi came highly recommended to me by our previous test and tagger when he was leaving the industry two years ago, and we've had a seamless transition. He has now provided testing and tagging services for our corporate office in South Yarra for two years, and we couldn't be happier. He is prompt, friendly, and sends reminders when your service is due. Highly recommend, 5 stars!

I’m in hospital and was unable to go and get some items tagged electrically so that I could use them at the hospital and Jims test and tag service fantastic. They came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours and had it all done for me. Very happy. great guys very friendly.

Lovleen was great to communicate with, highly professional and punctual, and also flexible enough to cope with a last-minute change of date that I subjected him to. The testing and tagging was done in very little time, with no issues at a fair price. Would highly recommend the service, especially if you are working without a lot of lead time, as I was.
