I went in for a haircut yesterday and it was AWFUL! The male hairdresser who cut my hair clearly didn't care about his job and had the attitude of someone who rather be somewhere else. 7 minutes costs $47 and it was rushed and uneven. I only realised how bad when I got home and washed my hair. DO NOT go here, save your money and go anywhere else, hopefully to a hairdressers where they actually care about the job they do!

Shout out to Shantel from just cuts, I am a fussy customer and Shantel really listens patiently to how I would like my hair done then goes the extra mile. I always leave happy. She is also really lovely to deal with. And the value for money is fantastic. Thanks from one happy customer. X

replace common decency, btw the wait time was 0-10 mins according to the ipad. Very disappointing. This was in Shellharbour Square.

Absolutely amazing incredible experienced staff . All stylist have at least 15plus years experience and are professional Stylist. Enjoyed a wash and massage. Up to date skills and Justice hair care is so good.

Laura then proceeded to redo my cut... she needed to cut my hair bit shorter to repair damage done... THANK YOU TO LAURA AND THE OTHER LADY WHO WAS THERE. I left feeling respected. Unlike my experience on the 24th June when I left feeling humiliated.

This level of disorganisation and lack of professionalism is disappointing and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. It would be advisable for staff to receive further training to ensure basic systems are followed correctly and customers are treated fairly.

Attended Murray Bridge on Monday morning. Asked for a trim. Walked out with more than a trim. It took me ages to grow hair one length at back and he cut it off. Only realised when I got home and checked in the mirror. Not impressed as my hair doesn't sit right when short at the back. Paid cash and he didn't give me a receipt.

Attended Marion in SA. Asked for some weight taken out of bottom of hair. Hacked it up to my crown, not even brushed before cutting and covered up by putting a mountain of product in to make my hair to curl and disguise it. Worst haircut ever. No wonder they are offering a $10 dollar discount for future cuts for good reviews. Previous visits were ok but lots of new staff. Never again

Just Cuts Gladesville, Kim styled my fine hair shoulder length hair June 26. Asked for edgy texture for messy bob. More than happy with the result. Hair healthy and for once looks great unstyled but fantastic styled!

Went back to just cuts May 2026 and had my hair style cut by Des great cut gives a person hope that you can still get a professional haircut at just cuts again, only problem I can’t choose him to do my hair every time unfortunately but thank you Des

Juts Cuts Melton (Woodgrove shops) want $43 for a short back and sides. You have got to be joking! This isn't a cost of living crisis, it's greed! Even the hairdressers want to be on $200k a year. Get lost!

Lidia, you always cut my hair so beautifully, taking a lot of care which leads me to compliments. Your efficiency, polite manner and friendliness always bring me back to Just Cut Manuka. Haircut by [Name Removed] was fantastic at $47. However she suggested finishing off with a blow dry and said it would not be much more. Update: after a bad review on their google website re the overpricing I was contacted by franchise owner. She offered a refund of $47 or credit style cut, due to the fact that stylists are supposed “to tell you upfront cost before commencing cut, blow dry etc” rather than just say that it will just be a bit extra. Lucky I complained but how many dont?

dropped in to just cuts Tea Tree Plaza and was greated by Rachel she has a welcoming smile, we had a lovely chat and Rachel shampooed and styled my hair as before ,cannot be happier with the end result

Well my haircut at Just Cuts Glendale this morning was good. Went to pay with afterpay and the staff inform that they are under new ownership and they don't take after pay, which is very annoying because I only had just enough to pay for my haircut . It left me broke. I'm a pensioner. This has really put a downer on my day. They still had a sign up for after pay as well.

Terrible experience at Just Cuts Belconnen. I went in for a simple trim with Miho and clearly explained what I wanted, but she ignored me and just did whatever she wanted. When I contacted customer service, Daniel replied and was polite, but the so-called 7-day guarantee is pointless. I asked for a refund, but was only told I could see another stylist or go to another Just Cuts salon. Basically, they expected me to lose even more hair to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

After several emails, the senior manager still refused to offer any refund, even though they admitted the experience didn’t meet their standards.

Really poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly suggest others avoid this salon.

My hair is all the same length, went into Justcuts Kwinana W.A and asked for 1 inch off, all round. After washing and drying it later, realised there was a huge clump that had been cut about 3 inches. Went in to complain, got an apology.

Hands down the worst haircut I have ever had (just cuts ocean keys) I showed a picture of what I wanted it was nothing like it very disappointed and $60 out of pocket
