Very easy to join up, not so easy to cancel. Fell for their 1 month for $5 offer. Thought I cancelled via hubbl turns out it didn't go thru and was just charged the exorbitant monthly fee.

How can you coordinate so many sports to be available, but somehow add layers to your app that are unnecessary and hinder your subscribers ability to simply just watch what they are there to watch? In this day and age, it is criminal that you can’t coordinate the simplest of requests for the viewer. This app is a joke.

When you try to fast forward, the app comes up with ridiculous ads, making it impossible to fast forward. I already pay $46 a month for limited sports and a poorly designed app. Why am I now getting brutalised with more ads at the loss of user experience!?
The quality particularly on replays is not worth watching, completely pixelled out. This is on NBN and at 500mps and 50upload
Without a doubt the worst streaming service that I have ever encountered. Constantly freezing and dropping out. Just because I’m only paying for a basic service doesn’t mean I should have to put up with this crappie experience. Shame on you Kayo.

freezes more often than a cryogenics lab. You'll be lucky if you get to watch an entire match without the screen turning into a still image, taunting you with its unresponsiveness. It's like they took all the excitement of live sports and replaced it with the thrill of watching paint dry.
And don't even get me started on the buffering wheel of doom. It's like they're trying to hypnotize you into submission, "You will wait, you will wait, you will wait..." No, Kayo, I won't wait! I'll go watch the game at my mate's place, at least his TV doesn't think it's a Commodore 64.
But hey, who needs a smooth streaming experience when you can pay top dollar for the privilege of shouting at your screen in frustration? It's like they're charging us per grey hair.
To the developers at Kayo, I say: get your act together, or get out of the game. We're not paying for a service that's more unreliable than a weather forecast.

half, normal or double speed but the subtitles appear word by word on a “replay” stream, and audio is muted for 2x speed. Why can’t I have a slider? 1.25x or 1.5x is more reasonable to play catchup when you start a stream a bit late or watch to skim through a replay without losing commentary

I cancelled my subscription, they offered me $15 monthly i agreed, but cancelled after 1 month. I have until my next pay cycle to watch kayo but all I get is the loading pages.

watch a black screen for 10-15 minutes. So customer service sucks.
The other stupid thing is, the main screen needs a proper sort. Fishing through to find a live game. Thats not really active yet I don’t know. I find myself navigating for a while too long. To find something thats on right now. Example nrwl. Dosent always come up on the freshest scroll.
I might just make a knock off version and take over the industry from these clowns.

Only wanted to compare with Foxtel Go. Kayo is much better. It should be included for all Foxtel subscribers. It is much better but not $30 per month on top better so I canned it. Also a tip: don't put spoilers in the app.
I trialed Kayo to watch the Masters, I thought the quality on standard was abysmal, but I was watching on my tablet, when I watched on TV the quality was actually quite acceptable, if it wasn't as expensive as what it is I might think about getting it, but I don't watch a great deal of sport, mainly golf so it wouldn't really be worth it for me. The content seems very good and it seems to work very well.
Absolutely awful streaming, I've paid for March and then it'll be goodbye forever. Kayo we're quite good last year but this year there are numerous streaming interruptions. Woeful. Fix it now or catch you later. Show reply

There seriously needs to be a consumer affairs department look into how bad this service is. From location checks to services dropping out all the time, for the prices they are charging, this is a substandard service.

Constantly wants to log in again or verify using a QR code. I often travel for work and my husband isn’t great with tech so it can mean a couple weeks of him paying an exorbitant price to watch games on his laptop. Also frequently freezes across a number of platforms and devices. Pretty sure the ridiculous pricing, poor access, and numerous issues are designed to get you to sign up through foxtel again and pay even more for utter garbage.

If you have not watched Kayo for a short period of time. The device requires a complete login. I can't wait until NRL season is complete. I will cancel my subscription.
Kayo have stuffed the app and user experince up. Qr code everytime I go into eatch the footy. My Partner cant use the service if my phone is not in the house. Absolute joke. I am trying to cancel my subscription and they even make that hard. Lost me.
Think carefully before subscribing to Kayo!!! Kayo has a support service but there is no support and no answers to messages. After sending more than 6 emails to them detailing my login problems 1,not able to log in; 2. constant pop up messages saying "your connection has been interrupted" or there's a technical problem. No return messages or reply to the request for help - NO SUPPORT.

Having a 2 person account and having to verify location every time I log in and not even leaving my house and today having to verify device is the last straw. Long long watcher and subscriber to kayo but now if I could physically flush it down the toilet I would. I have two words for it!
